Recently had a gas line brought to my fireplace and barbaque. The techs did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves. The one tech even worked outside in the rain running the gas to the bbq. (how often do you see that) I've used this company before but with a different name. The one tech told me the company is even better now because the techs that give you the price are the techs that do the work. No over paid non wokers as he said

Showed up ON TIME!!! Very neat, professiona, kept the work area clean and cheerfully answered all my (extensive) questions. Cost was a higher than other quotes I received but service was EXCELLENT.

Freindly, but they had to come out a second time.
I had a clogged drain and they would not give me a quote on phone. They said the guy would come to give a free estimate. But after the guy came and looked, he went ahead to try to fix the problem without properly communicating the charges.
He was also probably not carrying all the tools needed and he asked for my bathroom plunger to clean my kitchen sink drain!!! I am sure that can not be acceptable.
Altough he was able to fix the problem and his rate was pretty decent.

I called for an installation of a new pool heater. Work was done on the same day I called. Everything was done professionally although the price was a bit high.
