I was serviced by this company and I thought their rates where a bit high at first until I noticed all the coupons and discounts they offer..Then I thought the pricing was just where I wanted it to be at. I called and they informed me I would have to print the coupon to receive the discount which was just a click away. Thanks for The deals

I was involved in a auto accident on Tuesday and was pretty much in a bad situation. The people who hit my car just decided to run off and leave the scene. I called for the police and then my insurance agent who referred me to a towing company which I never knew they did not have their own provider. After about 10 minutes some tow truck service guy walks up and tells me he was sent here from my insurance company !!!! Well How odd this struck me since my agent told me they did not have their own towing service and that I would have to find my own and they would reimburse me for the fee's. I tell the tow guy I don't know who you are and I already called MY OWN towing company and I know it is not your service because i just hung the phone up 3 minutes ago. This man keeps insisting he is my tow truck even though the name is not the service I called. I walk to the police cruiser and inform the officer that this shady character is trying to coach me into allowing him to tow my car. The towing driver from my company called me to inform me of where he was and the time it might take him to get to me and I told him about the individual here and he warned me right away to stay clear of these towing provider that they are schemer's looking to rob my insurance company and charge me a boat load of money for services never provided. I did as instructed and also informed the police of what I was told and the officer seemed to not even care what I told him and asked me what would I have him do? well My guess would be to uphold the law and protect me from someone trying to rob me in front of the police. My truck arrived in about 30 minutes and just in time for the police to finish my paper work and rescue me from the bandits which where going to make off with my car and money if they had their way. Thank you Planet towing for helping me when I needed it most.. William
