A new total body workout done on a Proformer machine (max of 8 students / per class instructor supervised) and in 40 minute group classes, it incorporates strength training & cardio elements while always focusing on the core muscles.
Folks, I have run full & half marathons, I have done a 1/2 ironman, I've tried it all. Just when you think you've done it all, you get a fun little a$$ kicking set to great music... and no, it doesnot take a super athlete to do it, its just muscles that you didn't know about until you try this workout.
After my first two visits, I was convinced this studio was fantastic & now I 've been hooked for over year.

I have been going to Pilates Plus La Jolla for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Each class is different and I am always sore in different muscle groups. The teacher's are fabulous and the owner Jessica is very hands on and wonderful!

After years of free weights, Kettle balls, yoga, and traditional Pilates, this is it! My "mid-life" body is getting stronger and sleeker. After one month, I have noticed considerable improvement in strength, flexibility, and balance. A challenging cardio and strength training workout is accomplished in only 40 minutes!
