I am a traveler but I like to have extensions put in my hair. I usually go to my beautician in Philadelphia. It took me over 2 weeks to find a beautician down south that did fusions. When I contacted Kadi, and she was excellent. She described each style to me, explained which would be the best for me based on my answers and wants. I just had it done and I LOVE IT!!! SHE TOOK EXTRA TIME ADDED EXTRA PIECES. AND DID IT THE WAY I WANTED. I had no problems the style looks great, my curls look great and she has a new customer. I'll definitely be back and would recommend her to my friends anytime.

Extremely rude! No courtesy. Very poor level of service. Very poor quality. Horrible experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. Stay away!!!!!!!

Kelly, initially you tried to go the cheap route and get a partial & I adviced you that you needed a full head because you wanted 20 in and your hair was only 6 in. Realizing that it wasn't full enough, you came back and I put in more hair, charging you 1/2 of what I normally charge, being nice because you couldn't afford more. You didn't take proper care of them & wanted to come back & get more for free & me give you your money back. You claimed they were falling out after 2 weeks, 2 weeks Kelly. Sometimes, I wish those bonds would break down and come out that easily. I'm Very customer service oriented. I stand behind my work & do a fantastic job. No one can describe me as rude or anything even remotely close. There's 2 sides to a coin, just like this story. Did you follow directions and instructions? Hair extensions are a luxury, you can buy a Jag but can you afford the maintanence? I can't be responsible for what you did, or didn't do to them when you went home.
