Let the good times roll! Great food--in large portions! My shrimp jambalaya was scrumptious, and provided TWO meals. We went on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed great southern hospitality. Unfortunately, there are at least two chefs employed at the restaurant. One of the guests in our group was quite surprised when she was not allowed to substitute one item for another. She had just done so a month earlier. When the chef eventually stepped out of the kitchen, my friend saw he was not the same chef as before. Our waitress confirmed that different chefs have different ways of doing things. Even without the substitution, my friend enjoyed her meal. The decor was also great. A New Orleans--party-like theme.

This restaurant is a wonderful dining experience because the food is excellent, the decor is truly inspired, the service is first-rate, and the prices are comparable to other quality eateries.
