We bought a new Chrysler 300 last year from Town & Country. This was the easiest car purchase that we have ever done. They were fair with the price and also with our trade in. We totally recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

My buying experence was awful here! It started out fine with a nice salesmen who kept trying to push us off on the higher up guy. They were both a bit pushy, but what else did I expect because we were at a car place. Once we picked the car and sat down is when it got bad. The financing guy was the biggest cheese ball ever and talked to me like I was 5 years old, hello I was the one buying the car, just because I am a girl dosent mean you need to baby me. I came in all pre-approved to finance through my bank, but they diddnt want me to go through mine, they wanted me to go through them. They also kept trying to raise up the interest rate above what I already was approved. The process was longer than any car purchasing experence I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else, these people do not deserve your business. Oh, and they do not stand behind the work they do on your vehicle, even if they are the ones who install something and then not properly put it back together. I dont mean to whine, but this was a really bad experience

Even with my Dad who was a battalion chief with the PORTLAND FIRE BUREAU for 25 years, my mom with a Masters in Nursing with KAISER & PROVIDENCE for 22 years and myself a recent NOTRE DAME grad and now working for NIKE still missed the SCAM. They told me for $16/month, I could have this GREAT warranty package. In essence, I paid $4000 for what I was lead to believe was $1000. They intentionally did NOT give me the correct monthly payments I would be making prior to the warranty. Apparently, since it was verbal, it was not illegal, UNETHICAL, but nothing that the State Attorney's office could nail them on. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. BRING YOUR CALCULATORS. CALL THE BBB/STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE BEFORE. I figured it out AFTER the papers were signed. THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT, but buyer BEWARE!!
PROS: Very friendly staff.
CONS: Be careful buying the warranty packages. Cheaper elsewhere.

I don't know about the sales - but the shop is great. I have taken my Mitsu in several times for all kinds of weird problems. They were great at explaining what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and the options. They even went to the manufacturer when they felt the situation warranted it. Next time I buy a car, I will shop here - because I know how I will be treated after the sale.

We stopped here to shop for a new truck when we were looking for a new one. They were very friendly and professional. A little pushy at times but you get used to that with car dealers. We weren't able to work anything out with them that we could afford. We didn't have any bad experience with them, things just didn't work out.
