In response to the review "Andy kept our earnest money." I too am a licensed REALTOR in the State of Missouri and have had the privilege with working with Andy Boyles on several transactions and I can tell you he exemplifies professionalism by the book unlike you obviously. He was very much entitled to the earnest money, whether it be $10 or $1000 bottom line. That is the risk that was agreed upon if you had defaulted on a contract in which case you did, whether it unfortunately was the result of the loss of a job or not. Earnest money is just that, a gesture of good faith upon the transaction that you and your wife decided to pursue. For all intent purposes, Andy could have proceeded with legal representation to seek further expenditures that he incurred with this transaction such as the fully sodded yard, irrigation system, continued marketing dollars, as well as, punitive damages. Sad thing is that you being an out of work attorney should know this and better yet know that defamation and slander may be enough to establish mental anguish. One would think that you would put forth more time with getting you and your wife back on track in this economy rather than try to rattle a young professional such as Andy with your trifle attempts. Andy must be half your age younger and yet you continue to act more immaturely with your childish behavior.
Don't sweat it Andy! Keep up the good work.
