Ally Bespoke Tailors. Custom Suits and Shirts. Alterations in New York

Lets start with the fact that I waited for over an hour to be seen. Service was OK once I was in the fitting room (actually more of a closet in a shared office space). Was told to come back and set a date for the following weekend. I was about an hour early going across town and was accomodated and seen early, which was nice. However, the I was greeted with two of my jackets and only one of the pairs of pants. I was told that I could come back or have them delivered and elected to head back to be sure they fit well. After more thought, I decided that I was not up for making a third trip across town and would take him up on the offer to have them delivered. They were supposed to be droped off in the middle of last week at my apartment by 7pm - never came. I called yesterday and when asked why my pants were never delivered, was told that I was "supposed to have called to confirm a delievery date" because I had supposedly told them that I was going to be out of town. I did tell them I was going to be out of town, but not last week - it will be next week! So after being lied to about what I supposedly told them, I was told that my pants would be delievered yesterday and that I would recieve a call prior to when they were deilevered and that they would be delievered before evening. No surprise here, no pants yet! When I called back today, I could not reach the original person i have been speaking with - reachable at 6468954640 - and was told by the other man that he was not sure why the pants never came but they will come today. For $250 of service that included 2 jackets being taken in less than an inch on each side (no pockets being alterered), the top of the back being taken up one half inch on each jacket at the shoulders, and one pair of pants being shortened and taken in in the seat, I expected the service to be unbelievable! Maybe all of the positive reviews has brought them so much business that they cant manage it, because I found this service to be terrible and filled with nothing but absentmindedness and apologies.

I needed some alterations done my wedding dress. I bought the dress of my dreams from David's Bridal. I needed the dress to go down 3 sizes. This company helped me with what I wanted to be done. When I tried it on, I was speak-less. The dress looked and feeled great. They were able to do everything what I wanted. If anyone needs any alterations to be done, this is the company to do it with. Now we are in the process of getting my future husband a custom made tuxedo from this company for my wedding in 3 months. This company did a great job and I know my husband's tuxedo will look great.

At First Class tailors not only are you always greeted cheerfully but you get a great tailoring job. These guys have been helping my family for pretty long time. They have consistently done a great job for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They give great fashion advise and will even call to remind you to pick-up clothes that you forgot. If you are in a bind they are always willing to help.

I never thought I would find an excellent tailor to make my suits, but I finally found one. Ally Tailors made my suits and shirts and they all were a perfect fit for my slender body! I highly recommend Ally Bespoke Tailors for you.

I brought it some suits to be fitted, and these guys did a great job. I work near Macy's. So it's easy for me to come by and get things tailored. Good work, and Great Service!
