Nico is amazing. It's the jewel of the North End in Boston. I live in the surrounding areas and I haven't found a better Boston Italian Restaurant in the city. I couldn't get enough of the Chicken Parmigana. Sooo good!

I recently came down to check out the Nico, which I heard was recently renovated. The place looks amazing. Nick Varano has done it again! My girlfriend and I came out on a Monday. It was real busy ( was surprised considering it was that early in the week) but they were able to seat us. The food was just as amazing as I remember it. The atmosphere is real romantic. I'm not a huge fan of the super old school Italian places, so his place is definitely some different and desirable - especially for the North End. We highly recommend it!!!

Nico is without a doubt the most unique dining experience in the North End. The food is amazing, (very similar in origin to it's sister restaurant Strega). The atmosphere is sexy and refined, yet, at once, simple and sophisticated. This place is bustling with energy, but still fairly easy to get a table. A treat all the way, and it has become my favorite restaurant in the city.

In a part of the city where you can pretty much go into any restaurant and have a great meal, Nico seperates itself from the pack. Fun atmosphere, a great menu, and good service are the perfect combination for this quant yet spicy North End hotspot.
