Terrific service! I rented baby gear (carseat, stroller, and highchair) for a week and everything went really smoothly. I had one person pick the stuff up at the airport on her way to get us (me and my baby traveling alone for the first time) and Bill (the super friendly and professional co-owner) picked everything up at my dad's house after we left. The equipment was good quality, clean and in the case of the highchair, exactly the one we've got at home. I will definitely use The Happy Kid Traveling Company the next time we visit Denver and would recommend it to anyone else.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this company. The owners were so caring and nice and attentive to my needs. I traveled recently to CO for thanksgiving and the delivery and pickup needs were all set when I arrived and left. I had no worries on my part, they took care of everything. I will definitley use this company anytime I travel o CO. Thank you for all you do and did for me!!!

What a great service! We are grandparents recently stationed in Co Springs, and we needed a crib but didn't want to buy one. We looked on google to find used cribs and noticed the ad for Happy Kid. We were SO happy we did! From the first email through the pick-up of the crib, the service was wonderful! My only regret is not finding them before I purchased a new car seat!

Outstanding Service! My wife and I took our 13 month old to visit family in Buena Vista, CO. The crib was a perfect size, clean and all set-up ready to go when we got there. The baby jogger was exactly what we needed to go on some great runs and walks....fresh air and great sleep made for our little guy's perfect travel experience! Thanks again for everything!

Spent the weekend in Denver with my 1 and 3 year olds. Fantastic experience. Everything was delivered as expected. Spotless high chair (i have no idea how you get it that clean). Toys were immaculate and a fantastic variety for my kids. My 3 year old didn't want to go home b/c she didn't want to leave them. Would recommend this company to anyone. Terrific!

We've rented from Bill at HKTC several times and have been extremely happy with every experience. We've done everything from having him drop items off, meeting him at the car rental agency, and having our in-laws drop items off and every time has been easy and enjoyable. The gear is clean and high quality and the service can't be beat! We'll definitely continue to use HKTC as long as we need gear for our kids!

This was our second time renting from HKTC and once again we were extremely happy with both the items we rented and the stellar customer service from owner Bill. After a long tiring day of traveling we arrived at our hotel room to find our things waiting there for us! The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. We definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Happy Kid made our trip so easy. Traveling with small children is difficult, but having Bill drop off our rented items at our rental house was just awesome. It made it easier to pack and seriously simplified our flight to Denver.
We stayed in Estes Park for 5 days. We rented two jogging strollers, a toddler mattress, pack n play, booster seat, safety gate, hiking frame backpack, and a bunch of toys. The toys were so great...just perfect for our kids. All in all, I was thoroughly pleased with everything about Happy Kid Traveling Co. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We received Excellent service from Bill and Tammie. We rented two car seats and a double jogging stroller. The items were clean and in excellent condition. Prior to coming to Colorado, I emailed the Happy Kid Traveling Company and immediately recieved a response. The months leading up to our trip, they quickly responded to every question and change in our request. They were early in meeting us at the airport and gave us excellent tips about Colorado. Overall, Bill and Tammie were helpful, friendly, easy to work with and great at communicating. They made our trip easy and less stressful. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone traveling in Co.

I have used The Happy Kid Traveling Company twice to rent car seats for trips to visit family. In both cases, the customer service was excellent and the car seats were clean and in good condition. Bill went out of his way to accommodate my needs, going as far as to arrange an alternate pick-up with my mother the day before my scheduled arrival to make it easier on me, and he didn't charge any extra. I would definitely used them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing childrens products in Colorado.

Rented crib, exersaucer and high chair for grandson's 3-day visit. Initial process of getting price estimates and product details was timely and thorough. Delivery and set-up was prompt and as scheduled. All items rented were clean and in excellent condition. Grandson's parents were jealous that the rented exersaucer was nicer than the one they have at home. Rental price and delivery/pickup cost very fair and competitive.

Bill at HKT has been so helpful. We've used HKT to rent toddler car seats four times so far and will use them again. Bill makes it so easy by delivering and picking up the car seats when we arrive. Thank you for your great customer service and reasonable prices!

We had a great experience with HKT. We rented a variety of gear for our 15 mo old, including a basket of toys, and he absolutely loved them. All of the gear (car seat, wagon, toys, humidifier) was in excellent shape and very clean. We will us HKT again!

I had a great experience recently with this company. Our family travelled from Asia to Colorado and plans were subject to changes up to the last minute. Bill was most accommodating throughout. The service was smooth. We rented a car seat and it was waiting at our rental car agent when we arrived. It was clean and in fine working condition. When we left, Bill met us at the rental car company at 5am! We had no problems and would definitely use the service again. We also found it well priced (and we rented for two weeks).

Our experience with Bill and Tammie exceeded all expectations - all equipment was clean and safe, very reasonably priced, and customer service was amazing - they are really such nice people and were so accommodating with scheduling delivery and pick-up. We would not use anyone else when traveling in Colorado. We have used similar services in other states, and while we haven't had a truly bad experience, all were just so so compared to HKT.

We recently traveled to Denver with our 3 grandchildren and rented strollers from HKT for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. When I was first calling around to various rental places, Bill was the first to return my call, and he was the nicest and most accommodating of all of them. His prices were great, and most of all, he offered pick up and delivery at a very reasonable rate. He kept in touch with me throughout our trip to make sure the timing of our plans remained the same. The strollers were delivered and put in our hotel room before we arrived, and they were sturdy and clean. I would recommend HKT to anyone who needs any items for children!

Every year our family in Dallas, Chicago, and Los Angeles comes together for a Breckenridge ski trip. This year, the family included 19-month-old grandson Austin. Our condo was not prepared for a toddler - until we found Happy Kid Traveling. Bill supplied us with a wonderful backpack, a huge set of child safety devices, and really beautiful crib, all of which he set up for us in the condo before we even arrived. Austin slept perfectly. But the best part of the rental was the big basket of toys. It was a huge basket with at least ten different toys (most with many parts). The toys were perfectly selected for his age, and he played with every single toy, and at one point, even climbed into the basket itself, where he happily played with the xylophone. Everything, even every little toy piece, was immaculately clean. We could not have been more pleased with every part of the service. We will be renting from Bill at Happy Kid Traveling every year, and would recommend this service to any traveling parent or grandparent with visiting family.

Traveled to Denver to visit friends and I was a bit nervous where my twenty month old daughter was going to sleep and eat. I found HK on-line and decided to try them out. Not only was I impressed with their customer service, but the crib and portable high chair I rented were clean and in excellent condition. It made my trip that much better. This is the best kid equipment rental company I have ever dealt with. I used another one on a prior to trip to CO and HKT far exceeded that one in service, quality of equipment and, price. Response to my short notice request was far above what I expected and Bill couldn't have been nicer. They delivered the crib on-time and my 2 year old grandson slept great. The crib was clean, sturdy and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend this company and use them again on my next trip to CO.

We were so pleased to find this company and with the service provided! Bill met us on time even though there were blizzard conditions coming in. He advised us the best route to take to get to our destination to avoid accidents in addition to bringing us a car seat. The car seat was clean and in perfect condition, we were so pleased we wished we would have rented more items. I am sure their crib would have been better than the one from the hotel!

My family and I had a week long trip planned to Breckenridge and I had no clue how I was going to get all of our one year olds gear to Colorado. I found HKT on the internet and it is by far the best thing about our trip. We had a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, humidifier, and huge basket of age appropriate toys and books waiting at the home we rented. Everything was super clean and looked new! This company is super, we will be using them every year for our Mountain vacation. Thank you so much Bill and HKT!

We rented 2 cribs for a short stay in Denver. We have used several rental agencies over the years and HKT is one of the best in terms of quality of equipment and service. They were very easy to work with, professional and friendly. We would certainly use them again.

We used the Happy Kid Traveling Company on our recent trip to Breckenridge for our 15 month old and 4 year old. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and reasonable prices for the crib, basket of toys, highchair, humidifier, and bottle warmer. This was the first time we used this rental company and will not hesitate to use them again. The owner told us that the only thing we had to worry about was having a good time~ and he was right. This company even went as far as to put outlet plugs in the electrical outlet near the crib. Superb service!!!

First, I'd like to say that their customer service was wonderful and prices very reasonable. We rented a pack-n-play which was waiting for us at our rental home when we arrived. The first couple of nights my son woke up multple times which is very uncharacteristic but I figured it was due to the high altitude. I happened to press down on the mattress and noticed it was extremely uneven. That third night I put a thick blanket under the mattress to even it out and my son slept through the night. My sister also rented a pack-n-play through HKT for her daughter and it had the same problem. The pack-n-plays were Costco brand, which is the cheapest pack-n-play you can buy. I assume that is the reason for the poor mattress quality. It would be nice if HKT would invest in a better quality pack-n-play. I would be willing to pay a few more dollars a night to rent a better quality product.

I was very impressed with the pre- travel emailing, availability of information and quality of the products we rented! The stuff arrived looking brand new; very clean and up to date.
We didn't get to meet Bill in person, but the family members that met Bill were excited to us how nice he was and how polite and friendly he was.
We are grateful for this company and their service is indispensable when traveling! THANKS GUYS!

We just used The Happy Kid Traveling Company for the first time for our ski trip to Breckenridge. When we got there everything was all set up and ready to go for our little one, and he absolutely loved the toys. Using them made our traveling so easy and less stressful. And Bill was very interested in making it the best experience by tailoring the toy selection to our child and making sure everything was set up where we wanted it. I highly recommend using them any time you have to travel to CO.

We used The Happy Kid Traveling Company in September of 2010 for our annual road trip to CO from IL.... It was the best thing we could of ever done!!! We had a lot of hiccups in our vacation and Bill was a HUGE help to us. I would recommend this company to anyone and we are already planning on including HKTC on our 2011 trip.

With friends traveling from Florida for the first time with their 10-month old son, we needed a crib for the time they were here. After researching some different companies online, we sent them a link for Happy Kid Traveling Company. The process was effortless, and we arranged for the delivery/pickup with Bill. We highly recommend him and his company - an affordable price with very high quality products! Extremely accommodating and flexible with schedules, too. I can only add to the accolades about Bill and the excellent service provided by his company. The crib and bedding that we rented was clean and sturdy, and my granddaughter was very comfortable. Bill worked with our somewhat complicated and fluid arrival and departure schedules as we met in Denver for a family reunion, calling to confirm delivery and pick-up times on the days before. I highly recommend this company for a truly happy travel experience with kids/grandkids.

We had to travel to Colorado Springs at the last minute. With a 2.5 year-old and a 6 month-old I knew we'd need more supplies than we could fly with. I found The Happy Kid Traveling Company via an internet search. How lucky I was! Not only was Bill super easy to work with, he was understanding, flexible in the pick up and drop off times and extremely friendly. The items we rented were in amazing condition. I was shocked at how nice they all were. this was the best money we spend the entire time we were gone. I'm so happy to know about The Happy Kid Traveling. I will definetly be using them again on our next trip to CO!

The Happy Kid Traveling Company was so helpful in making our rental of a pack n play go very smooth. We were traveling from Dallas to Denver, stanby. Since we didn't know our arrival, they were very flexible in their timing to meet with us! We were even given alternate directions to avoid a toll road as well as activities for our kids in the area we were staying in! Overall they were very helpful and they want to make your trip/rental as pleasant as possible!! Would definitely rent from them again!!! Thank you!!!

I recently took my son to Colorado for the first time. Since he is only 21 months old, I knew I would need to bring a lot of his things (stroller, pack n play, car seat), but I didn't want to have to deal with lugging all his belongings plus our suitcases. So, after doing some research, I found this company. I was beyond pleased with the items that we rented. Everything was so clean!!!! I mean spotless!!!!! Bill was extremely accomodating. It was worth every penny!

We have used HKT at least five times now over the past several years. It is so convenient to not have to bring a crib or pack and play. Also, the toys he provides are always VERY good, entertaining and very clean. It is so helpful that the kids aren't bored while at the condo and we don't have to lug a bunch of extra toys. I could not have been more pleased with Bill and his wonderfully accommodating business! He was at our rental house before we were (and even helped us with directions when we got lost!) He had my sons crib set up in no time and was extremely friendly and professional. My son slept GREAT and was comfortable in his crib the whole trip. Bill went out of his way to come to the house exactly when we needed to check out. I have already raved about him to my friend who will be traveling to CO with her son shortly. Very fair prices and services... Couldnt even complain if I tried!

When planning to travel across country with my baby, I came across The Happy Kid Traveling Company online. What a wonderful find! They made my trip stress-free. The high chair, crib, and jogging stroller that they provided me seemed brand new. It was so refreshing to have a nice crib for my baby. It made her transition to a new place much smoother! I loved that the products were in our condo when we arrived. Again, the owners took the stress out of my vacation! The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use this service again when we head back this way, and I will highly recommend The Happy Kid Traveling Company to my friends.

What a great service this company provides. We rented a crib for our grandson in Denver and we couldn't have been more pleased! The crib was very clean and was delivered to the hotel on time. Although, I never had the opportunity to meet Bill in person, he was great to deal with on the telephone and everything was done just as he guaranteed. The cost of the crib rental and delivery charge were extremely reasonable. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

This is a wonderful company!!! We can't say enough about The Happy Kid Traveling Company. When we arrived at our rental car company our rented baby equipment was waiting for us. My 18-month-old had the best time playing with all the fun and new toys. We also rented a highchair, gate, and pack-n-play...all of which were like new and worked as expected. We would recommend this company to anyone traveling to Colorado and in need of "baby supplies" to make their trip a bit easier. We'll absolutely use this company again in the future!

First of all, Bill is a very stand up guy and went way up and beyond for us. When we arrived in Colorado Springs my family and I arrived and Bill had waited there patiently for way too long. We landed in Denver on time yet were delayed on the tarmac for 20+ minutes and therefore we missed our layover. Two plus hours later, Bill was right there for us with a great and professional attitude. I can't say how cool it was for him to be there and help out a family with an 11 month old that has never been to the state.
