The people at Cincinnati Used Auto Sales will say whatever they need to say to make a sale. Whether it is a decent car or a wreck, they are interested only in one thing--getting as much of your money as possible, and the will NOT follow through with their promises.
I felt the same was as the reviewer below--they seemed VERY nice and even trustworthy, but be careful--all of that ends as soon as the sale is completed, and any necessary repairs, even ones they said they'd handle--will be on you. It's sad.

bad credit, i know it and when i talk to a car sales person, as soon as i tell them that, they just brush me off like i am not a person. Well i called spoke to a very polite sale person and i told him right away my credit is bad. He did not just brush me off. He actually spent 15 plus Min's on the phone with me. Not only to tell me that he understood my situation but that there is something he can actually do for me. He went on to tell me how he is going to be going on a Business trip for there dealership 2ND week of November. And that when he came back and had this new lender signed up to do business with there company. That he would call me back. He was super polite he took my name my number, even went on to explain how not only can he get me in to a car but how if i do certain things and he explained what i would need to do that, not only would i have a car that would get me back and fourth to work. But he went on to take the time to explain how this would help to re build my credit. So i cant say enough about him. I bet before i called this dealership i spoke with at least 10 different sales people. And most from BIG Dealers and as soon as i was up front and honest with the sales staff they would just brush me off. But i cant stress enough how he took his time with me on the phone. And made me feel like a true person, not just some credit score. He was even up front and honest with me. He told me that i may not be able to buy the car that i want. But by going through with this program that he went in to great depths to explain to me, that by making my payments on time that just down the road a bit i could trade it in and than have the credit to be able to get something more to what i may be wanting. On top of that he was even so honest and nice and so much not a sales person he tells me and i quote " Buy a car that not only fits in to your budget but something that is far less than what your budget would be, so if something comes up you can always stay current with your car payment and bills this way your credit is being built back up, and this is where he really surprised me when he said by doing this you can than trade the car in and YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE to bring it back to me to trade it and buy something more to my likening. When he said that i knew that he was not only a great guy but he was not out to just make sales. Because i know car sales men get more commission by selling a car that cost more. And he instead of trying to push me in to a car that i would just be able to afford he was telling me to buy a car that COST less than what i had in mind. Its rare that you find someone in sales that is not out for anything more than a commission. Well what this guy don't know is that not only when i trade in my car that i buy from him i will trade it at his dealership and be sure that i work with him. And every single person i know i will send them to this guy. Because again when i first called i was up front and told him look this is my situation my credit is bad, and he took the time to talk to me and let me know that here soon he will be able to not only get me in to a car but went on to explain to me how to re build my credit. He also said to me hey look don't feel bad you and millions of Americans are in the same position, he even told me how his credit is not what it once was. He told me about how he and his girlfriend had a business and they pretty much lost everything they had because of the bad market. And i believed him and it meant alot. He did not have to tell me his own personal story but he did. So i just wanted to thank him and i thought by doing this i hope one day he sees this and knows how much it meant to me that he treated me so kindly. I work for a company in Cincinnati that has over 185 people that work for this company, and i can tell you most all of us are having hard times because they cut all of our hours back. I will send this and i don't want to call him a sales person cause my past experience a sales person to me are just mean people unless they know they can make $$$$$$$ off of you. But i will send this guy so much business. Because just in my department there are 32 people that work with me and i know of 4 of them that are having a hard time buying a car. So once again i thank you for showing me you have a kind heart and for taking your time with someone you know that was in the position i am in.

Ever wonder why no one trusts used car salesmen? It's because of places like Cincinnati Used Auto Sales.
I had searched and searched for just the right car. When I found a listing that sounded perfect, I emailed to inquire. The dealer made the car sound PERFECT!
I made the drive, looked at the car, and found a few problems, but the dealer reassured me that they were all tiny, inexpensive things that were easily fixed. He even offered to find and mail a part to me. But unfortunately, that, like just about everything else he said, turned out to be an empty promise. In fact, each thing he told me about specifically--the car's top, the fan, damage to the fender--turned out to be a lie.
Not only that, but there were dangerous problems as well. The tires had dry-rotted and instead of replacing them, they shined them up with tire cleaner. I looked at the tread, but never thought they would be rotten. Who would do that? Cincinnati Used Auto Sales. :-(
To be fair, we should have been more skeptical. I have a terrible habit of believing people, and most of the time, that turns out to be the right thing to do. This time, however, not so much. :-(
So here I sit, with more than $3000 worth of repairs that need to be done to put the car into the condition the dealer said it was in to start with. The biggest cost is for the convertible top, which the salesman specifically said just needed a minor fix. Turns out that minor fix costs more than $2000, after he assured us it would be no more than the cost of 1 hour's labor.
It's a familiar story--girl meets car, girl falls in love with car, dealer lies, girl goes broke. I've filed complaints with the BBB and the Ohio State's Attorney General Hopefully it will all turn out ok in the end. But save yourself the trouble--Avoid Cincinnati Used Auto Sales--and keep your money in your pocket.
