Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.
I was very pleased with the service from Quest Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and they were prompt and professional.
Quick and professional
I am very pleased with the professionlism Mr. Zimmerman and his worker displayed from the phone conversation, to getting the job done. shoved -up within the time, and completed the job within the time that he said he would. After shopping around oither plumpers the price was much reasonable than most. The job is well done.
Outstanding service, and great work. Matt was very curtious and helpful with any questions we threw his way. Didn't pressure us into anything and very easy to work with. Matt was full of information as to why and how the thing works and was the only plumber that told us that with the new water heater we would need to be within code. That meant getting an expansion tank, which no other plumber had told us about. When I asked other plumbers about the updated code, all they would say is "you probably don't need one" and would not bother checking. All this and Quest was still cheaper than anyone else.

Professional service, fair price, I'm a very satisifed customer.
Mathew was very prompt in taking care of the problem. He was $35 more than another plumber who called later, but much less than the first plumber that called. I think he did very good work, but is a little bit expensive.
Matt was on site for about a total of 7 hours. He and his helper were very professional, courteous and thorough. They methodically tracked down the leak and solved the problem ahead of schedule and well under the original estimate. I'm a small town boy and know what good service is like. Matt's service reminded me of what real down home honest service was like.
He was prompt, fast, reliable,reasonable, curteous and he fixed my fireplace. We will use him for all our future plumbing needs.

Honest and billed exactly to what he expected over the phone. Cost was reasonable and less than three other vendors who diagnosed problem. Highly recommend based on professionalism, timeliness, and competency. New truck fully stocked at 6:30 pm.
