Lots of companies seem to be trying to use names that are close to capitalize on this companies reputation. Call and talk to Richard Fritzler, he's the president and will take your call.

Looking for answers about incorporating? this is the place. Looking for answers about business tax reduction? This is the place. Unlike so many calls I have made, these guys, had real answers to my questions. They cautioned me on the direction I was heading, and gave me insight that I never had before. Some background: I'd been searching Internet sources looking for good advice on how to start up my business, I had read all the websites that gave the same meaningless worthless information. I had talked to people that claimed to be experts. What I found odd was that they couldn't actually defend their position. they simply stated their way was the best, and when I asked why, or gave them contradictory information, they either got belligerent or just said, "if you want to do it that we we can file that too". That didn't give me any confidence. Even attorneys tend not to have any real experience . . . simply recommending whatever they heard was good.I know that every answer is probably right at least once, in one particular circumstance, so the same answer can't be right in every circumstance. But most everyone that has an opinion, has that same opinion in every circumstance. Nevada Corporate Services was different, I talked to Richard Fritzler and he explained when a "real corporation" (his words) was a good idea and when a S-corp or LLC might be better. And it made sense.I was sold, and he'll get all of my business, and I'll tell everyone I know and even a few that I don't about this great company and their great service.
