We have been in business since 2004, but have over 20 years experience in all aspects of home construction. The owner and principal, Scott Riley, is a graduate of Skyline High in Oakland and U.C. Davis, with a B.S. in Economics. Customer service is his main focus, with an eye for detail, an optimal balance of cost and quality and constant client communication. We specialize in concrete, framing, additions, remodels and exterior hardscapes including decks, fences, gates, retaining walls and drainage. Stairs, siding and trim are also specialties. We just had a really nice deck and spa area made by Scott. He gave a good bid, and stuck to his estimates, and was able to do more than we expected. He did a great clean up job afterwards and was easy to work with! Highly recommend

On time, On Budget, Great Work

Scott did a great job managing our Fence project, both the timely removal, disposal, and the replacement of 120' Redwood Fence were done with minimal damage to landscape, and with high quality workmanship. He also did some concrete work, which turned out great.
I would definitely consider him for larger projects.
Pros: Clear work plan, schedule, pricing.

I hired SDR to build an addition and frame/reinforce some existing doors. He knocked it out quick at a reasonable price and was tidy and professional. I would hire him again.
