Water Heater - Repair or Service

I called at 10:00 PM and spoke to Russ about being unable to restart the pilot light on my water heater. He very courteously and patiently walked me through the process over the phone. Within a few minutes, the pilot was back on... problem solved!

This is the kind of service that is all too rare these days and leaves a memorable impression. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Able Plumbing again next time I have an issue.

Excellent service, quality repair job on the drain pipe, and perfect installation of new kitchen sink faucet. They showed up on schedule, took about as long as quoted, and the price was worth every penny as well as close to the quoted amount. I knew it was going to take a little more time and cost a little more than what we discussed on the phone as they didn't know exactly what to expect. The fixture they replaced was in excess of 25 years old and was no piece of cake to remove. That's why I hired a professional instead of attempting myself. I highly recommend them to others and will be using them again.

Drunk as a skunk answering the phone

I was hoping to get some plumbing done a couple weeks ago and woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY DRUNK!!! She was extremely rude and when I asked if I had the correct number she proceeded to tell me she was the owner girlfriend, Christina like that was suppose to help. I would never use this company if this is an example of who they have representing themself. I don't know how the plumbing is - but now I will never find out now after talking to this Very Rude and Extemely Drunk woman. I was told the plumbing was very good by a friend, but this girl Christina has cost them my buisness.
