Justin Lytwyn, was very responsive to my questions and flexible in schedule. Of the 3 contractors, he was the only one who agreed to come over to the house to fix the problem on a weekend. I could not wait for a backed-up sink to wait a whole weekend.
Justin was very professional and efficient in his work. The estimate he gave over the phone was right on the mark.

great guys. Came in inspected the problem, fixed my tub spout in 5 minutes. Had a water heater changed also, job was well done and clean.

Very responsive, communicative, analytical. My plumbing issue was a bit complicated and from the 1st visit he had a sense of what was wrong. Fair price and quality work.
This was not a simple problem - it involved multiple malfunctioning parts, replacements that needed to come from outside the country, and a missing set of installation instructions. Justin Lytwyn handled it all with grace & charm, helped me explain to the manufacturer what was going on (and got a replacement), and we now have working showers again. Not only *would* I recommend Mark J Lytwyn to someone, but I already have. . .good plumbers are hard to find!
