If you hire Jordan, he will pick up Mexicans on his way to the site and teach them that morning at your house.
They do horrible work, they will try to fix anything, even if they don't know how, and they will screw you over every way they can.
Bottom line, Jordan is a loser. I wish I would have listened to the reviews that I read but I didn't. Same as 'Steborino', Jordan still has not finished the job and he is ignoring my calls.
Do yourself a favor and don't call Jordan, and if you do, DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN.

He was timely, efficient, affordable and courteous. I would be happy to recommend him.
gave me a reasonable estimate for a putting up two bike racks. was able to complete job that day. am satisified with the work .

Jordan and his team wasted my time again and again. They kept saying that they were coming over to complete some of the work (broken shutters) but never did.
The small amount of work his workers did do was horrible quality. (Fancy plastic shutters, ugly metal fix job, completely mismatching).
He worked for all of about 1 hour, completed about 5% of the work. He seemed friendly and honest enough so my ignorant roommate paid him the full estimate, $275.
We never saw him again, he ignored our calls, hung up on us and took us for our money.
DO NOT CALL THIS GUY.
