5 Stars: San Diego BMW Service - EuroAutoSpot is an honest repair shop (by Marrisa C.)

Great experience with Euroautospot BMW Repair. My BMW 325i warranty recently expired, I needed new brake pads and rotors and had no idea where to go. All I know is that I was never ever returning to BMW San Diego, which used, abused and cheated me for 4 years. I contacted several different bmw repair firms and felt very comfortable with these guys on the phone. They are friendly, honest, professional, and factory trained. My brakes were fixed in less than 1 hour, and my car washed when I picked it up (BMW of San Diego used to return my car dirtier than I left it!). I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than BMW of San Diego. They were friendly and seemed to care about my vehicle more than other shops. Thanks I will be back.

5 Stars: World Class BMW Service (by Janette H.)

They gave me bmw service only expected from ferrari dealerships, at the cost of servicing an import car. They took the time to enlighten me about all the things that were needing replacement on my BMW. Showed me all the bmw parts that were damaged from wear and tear. Explained to me how long I could go on without repairing those items. I ended up fixing everything on my BMW to save time coming back and forth. I had a leak in my radiator due to running over a boulder on the freeway, so it was overheating. They showed me where the leak was and replaced my radiator. At the same time I decided to go ahead and get an oil change, brake pad replacement, and a major tune up. They used all factory bmw parts so pricing on the bmw parts were more costly than fake bmw parts, but I saved alot on money from the shops labor rates. At the end it was alot cheaper than all other BMW dealerships. I also had local quotes from independent shops that were using fake bmw parts, they were no where near Euroautospot's pricing. My BMW now runs like it did when it came off the showroom floor. Real classy mechanics in my opinion. Thanks for just taking the time, so im taking my time to give you a good review in return.
Love Janette
