This is the best Italian I have had since Noni! If you have the chance go! The Grigliata Mista (Grilled sea scallops, calamari, octopus and shrimp in a balsamic vinagrette) is fantastic! You can pic your sauce and then pick your pasta that you want it served over. They have a special once in a while that is a Pork Neck Bone Sauce that is just like my family made! Go GO GO! You will love it. The have a back dinning room that is a bit quieter than the main dinning room. So if you like less noise see if you can eat there. Great Bar too!

The food here is outstanding. I am very picky about my Italian marinara sauce and theirs is wonderful. They also make great martinis.
I went for dinner and it did get a bit loud and was hard to have conversations. I would definitely go back.

Volare Ristorante is a great Italian restaurant in Oakbrook Terrace. Their sauces are fantastic and everything feels home made and has a special flair. Their foccacia bread is to die for and their service is always excellent. We have not yet been disappointed. They have an excellent selection of traditional Italian foods along with fantastic seafood options. They are mid-range to high in cost, but we feel it is well worth the price. Our only complaint is that the main dining room can be quite loud, due to a beautiful domed ceiling that causes quite a bit of echo. But the food is wonderful!
