Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital is the best Veterinary Hospial in Houston

by Lisa N. n.

I have three dogs and have had fantastic service from all three doctors here. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. The front staff and technicians also know their stuff. I have toured the hospital several times and it has always been clean, the animals seem clean and relaxed, and it always smells good.I would strongley recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and want the best for them. You will not be disappointed.

Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital is the best!!

by Rick S.

Now this is what you want for your pet. Our dog, Zoe, just loves Dr. Wilkie, Dr. Gallagher and the staff. Zoe has never been to another vet and will not. We feel totally comfortable with this hospital and have told many friends who are also now with Dr. Wilkie.

Best Care For Pets!!

by Melanie B.

These vets are fabulous. :) Dr. Wilkie's been my vet for years and years. I won't go to anyone else. She was especially good with one of my aggressive kitties - this cat needed sedation for procedures and I was very grateful for the way she was handled. You can't do better than these vets!!!!

Followed Dr. Wilkie to Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital

by Toni B.

Dr. Wilkie has been treating our dogs and cats for over 10 years, currently a 15 year old beagle mix and 18 year old cat in renal failure. She is very caring and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable and willing to consider holistic approaches. When Dr Gallagher has treated our pets in her absence -- we were also very pleased with the way he cared for our animals. Additionally, the staff are always friendly and caring. We hire one of the technicians to come to our house to give fluids to our ailing cat when I am out of town or need a break.

reply to "BAD CAT SERVICE EVER"

by Bailey B.

I happen to have had many wonderful experiences with all three vets : Dr. Wilkie,
Dr.Gallagher and Dr. Piperingos as well as the entire staff at Richmond avenue. Being that I have behind the scenes experience, i happen to know for a fact that they wouldn't treat your Persians with any less attentiveness than they're own pets. Also most likely the reason your male cat smelled as though he hadn't been bathed was most likely due to the fact that this clinic just opened and although they are very thorough they did not yet have a dryer for the grooming pets. Its alot like wet dog syndrome. hehe. and as far as the cats eyes and ears, the only reason they wouldn't have been done, is if the kitties were being aggressive and the clinic received no ok from you to sedate if necessary. I know they my be the sweetest angels at home but you would most likely be shocked at how they can behave while being groomed, seeing as how it can be scary for them. Which is also most likely why the cost was so high, it costs more anywhere the harder the service is . so please give them another chance and talk with them about sedation and your pets special needs. I promise they really do care.

Love them!

by Brigitte D.

My cats and I just love these vets, especially Dr. Pipiringos. She is caring, competent and goes many extra miles for her clients. She was incredibly caring when my other cat got renal failure and found great ways to help me take care of her and keep her quality of life for a very long time. We'll never see anybody else!

Bests vets in Houston

by Mandy W.

These vets are wonderful. They provide the highest quality care you can get anywhere and they are wonderful people. We started with Dr. Wilkie with our rottweiler more than 10 years ago; continued with our three mastiffs over the last 9 years and have never been sorry. Can't go wrong with any of these vets.

BAD SERVICES EVER - FOR CATS

by Zeca P.

I have 2 pretty Persians cats, one male and another female.

I took them yesterday for shower and shave (Due to hot weather in Houston).

I paid $150,00 and my Male cat seems not to have taken a shower, the shave was OK, they did not clean my cats ears, eyes, etc ....

The Female, was better, however, her eyes, chin and ears were still the same as before ...

I do not recommend it .. They ripped me off .... I don't know about dogs ... but CATS, they CAN NOT do any services ... They SUCKS >>>>>
