My husband & I bought a used car at Greenway Dodge. We worked with sales associates, Matt & Tammy Gagnon. From start to finish they made our experience incredible. They not only took great care of us when we were looking, but once we purchased the car & their job was "techincally" done, they went the extra mile to check on us again. They certainly live by the "above & beyond" principle when it comes to service. Ask for them when visiting Greenway- you will be guarantee a great experience!
Tammy Gagnon was the best, most patient, fun, and understanding sales person I have met. I went into Greenway 2-3 times and didnt buy till the 3rd visit. Even though I didnt buy the first 2 trips, Tammy and the staff worked their heart out to get me in my price range (which they did) there was no pressure from anyone for me to buy. That is why I came back and bought from them. I feel like I made a friend in Tammy and she was there for me every step of the way being totally and completely understanding about my needs and got me in to a truck that fits those needs. If you buy anywhere else you are just another number but with Tammy and Greenway you have a name.
I returned to Greenway, after my 3 year lease was up on my Jeep. Tammy and the staff there are great! Tammy was attentive, personable, and fun.They answered all my questions before my appointment, and I felt like I knew them the moment I walked back in to the dealership. I even recognized a few other members of the staff, that I worked with 3 years ago... in a business like sales where there is such a high-turnover, it make me feel great working with a company where the employees are as satisifed as the customers!! I mean does every dealership hand over the keys to your new car with a hug? Thanks Tammy and Greenway, I LOVE my Nitro Heat!!
Eric Wright our salesperson was extremely outgoing and very accomodating. Eric connected immediately with my son and made the conversation very confortable and engaging. Eric knew his cars too... any question we had ... Eric knew the answer.
From a salesperson perspective Eric did an excellent job.
Waiting for the finance office to deal with the rush of purchases was the only negative.
Stopped by the Greenway Dodge Dealership to look at a Dodge Journey. Was greeted when I walked in the door by Ben Carson (Sales Rep). He was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with at a dealership before. I did some shopping around at other dealerships and the pushy sales reps at the places turned me off. Ben on the other hand got to know me and my family and what we needed in a new car.
The piece that eveyone hates was a breeze with Greenway. We went back and forth a few times on price and I was delighted with the price we got.
Before I took delivery Ben should be around the car and made sure I knew eveything about my new car before leaving the lot.
I had to walk back into the dealership 2 weeks after taking delivery to pick up a piece of paper from them and to my surprise Ben saw me from across the room...remembered my first and last name and said hello.
The sales department at Greenway are great...they make the car buying experience easy. I would recommend them to all and next time a need a new car they are the only place I will go to.
Just bought a used vehicle from Eric Wright at Greenway. Eric was great. He quickly took me to the types of cars I was looking for, in the right price range, and was very helpful without being pushy. The overall Greenway experience was excellent too. Good selection and not a lot of hassle. They even have a nice little restaurant onsite. That was a first for me at a car dealership.
I went to Greenway twice in search of a van because of my growing family. The first time I went I dealt with Ben Carson. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the vans they had in stock. We went over some numbers and I was pleased with what he had to offer me but I wanted to see what other brands had to offer, so I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. He didn't hassle me to stay and buy that night which was a nice change from a dealership. After about a month of research and contacting other dealers I decided that Dodge had what I needed at a price that I could afford so I called back to see what they had in stock and spoke with Erik Fritz. When I went back to the dealership I met with both Ben and Erik. I have to say they made buying the van easy and showed me all of my options. There was still no pressure to buy and they even suggested that I think about it.
Over all I didn't feel pressured to buy, the deal was fast, and I never felt like they were trying to "spend" my money for me. The ol' "It's only $25 more a month, that??s like a cup of coffee a day." I friggin hate that!
Because I went so late in the evening, while Erik took care of the paperwork Ben cleaned the van, he then sat in the van for a while and went over the touch screen radio - (cool option).
I would definetly buy from this dealership again and would recommend these 2 salesmen.
The exceptional service and personal attention that I get at Greenway Jeep from Service Manager Dave Cogle is the main reason that I bring my vehicle to Greenway. He takes the time to listen to my questions and explains in detail what work will happen with my Jeep and he keeps me informed every step of the way. I have a Jeep dealership that is closer to my home and I didnt receive the personal attention that I get with Mr. Cogle, he is the reason that I keep coming back. I have also receommended him to several other Jeep owners that I know who take there vehicles to the "other" dealership and they have came back and thanked me for recommending him to them. You truley have an exceptional employee and should be proud because he makes brining my vehicle to Greenway a worry free experience. He should be given a promotion so that he can teach/instruct junior service personnel what customer service is and what is expected, once he is given that opportunity, you will have an exceptional staff.
I actually own an Acura but I still take all of my service to Greenway Dodge b/c of their excellent work and non haggle approach. It's refreshing to go to a dealership and not having to worry about being raked over the coals in unnecessary costs. I strongly recommend their service to anyone, regardless of model and make.
Took my motorhome to greenway ford for them to fix a vibration. I took the vehicle to 3 other places and the could not fix it. Kevin and the tech Tim took the time to fix it and fix it right. They made it ride like a new coach. Thanks greenway.
