I've been using Pro for the pass 13 year and I'm very pleased with the level of service I receive. My daughter has been using them for the pass 3 years she's been driving and we love them. These days it's great to find a shop that treats women with respect. I've recommeded them to many friends and co-workers.
Pros: Customer minded service
Cons: A bit of a drive, but worth it

Bunch of crooks

This place has tried to rip me off twice by offering me this $500 tune up service because that was what was wrong with my car... The first time I fixed it myself after having my not start a couple of times. Turns out it was my distributor cap...what I had been telling them it was. I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The most recent rip off attempt was after not having any power when hitting the gas but the rpm's going up, they said I needed a tune up to a tune of $500+. I decided to take it to Honda because I smelled something fishy only to find out it was my clutch and I didn't need the expensive tune up. Sure I would have gotten the tune up only to have fix my clutch shortly done the road. I probably do need the tune up but I need a clutch more. But according to Honda I can wait on the tune up. I will not be returning to them.
