I have been working out with Todd for almost a year now. I should also mention that I just turned 40 and I can honestly say that I am now in the best shape of my life. I've added just over 10lbs of muscle and feel absolutely great. Todd has really tailored my workout routine to meet my needs and he will truly push you to your limits. I have had many sessions with Todd where my muscles feel like jello, but, after an hour or so after our session, I feel so great and have so much energy. Gotta try it.

I started with Todd about 5 months ago out of the desire to get in shape. As a 42 year old female who hasn't consistently worked out for nearly 20 years, let's just say I wasn't overly enthusiastic about the idea but knew I needed to do something for myself. I am not too overweight but definitely wanted to loose about 15 lbs. and more importantly tone up and get some activity in my life. What I liked about Todd first off was that he listened to me and was okay with what I liked and didn't like. On my first day I literally had to lay down on the floor I was so out of shape. Todd has worked around this and consistently moved to increase my ability. As of date I have lost 11 lbs and my BMI has drastically reduced. I still don't love to work out but Todd mixes it up and keeps me interested. What he is great at is focusing on your goal and keeping his workouts dedicated to that vision. Another benefit of working with Todd is his vast background and knowledge in nutrition and alternative workouts. For someone who has attempted different gyms, trainers and workouts over the years and given up IMMEDIATELY this has been the best experience I could have imagined and finally RESULTS!

If you're tired of getting the same workout every time you go to the gym (or even the same one-on-one routine with your trainer) then you must join Boot Camp. It is an intense but very satisfying workout. I've been working out for years and have even worked with personal trainers in the past...and this class is FUN, fresh and new. I take that back...this isn't a just another group exercise 'class' but definitely personal training. The group environment just makes it fun and much more motivating. As mentioned in another review, Todd makes a point to track everyone's progress and keep you motivated throughout the week. By week 2 there was already a feeling of camaraderie in the group. Todd is a solid, knowledgeable trainer with a personality that keeps you coming back for more.

Todd's Boot camp is amazing! He really takes personal time with each of the students and gives them pointers to improve. Allot of classes people teach, its more about the instructor then it is you. Todd really cares about seeing each of his students improve. Each and every class is different, but he does not make it so difficult that you feel lost. He keeps track of your weight and % of fat loss weekly, which really motivates. You see the changes in your body weekly visually. If you want that body that you have been dreaming of and your borde of doing just cardio and lifting weights, Todd's Boot Camp will make a huge difference in your life!

It is more than having the appointment. I find myself now wanting to work with him. I enjoy seeing him, and we have steadily progressed. Like many others, exercise is not my favorite thing in the world. I would much rather be napping, eating a bag of cheetos, or otherwise wasting time. But, I have to say, if the doc has been telling you to get off your butt to keep the weight off, Todd is the guy to help you do it. As others have written already, he's friendly, funny, and it doesn't hurt that he's good looking. Especially when you're laying on the bench and he's standing over you! He knows how to push your limits without hurting you. He understands body anatomy and how to optimize your workouts. This is particularly helpful if you've got an injury, as I do. No need to worry that he's going to make you do something you shouldn't!He keeps me honest. On my own, I'd give up after one rep. If you're looking for a solid trainer who can help develop your core, build your chest, define your abs, or give you the tush you've always dreamed of, give him a call.

I started to get frustrated and didn't know how to change it up. I decided to get a personal trainer and see if that would help me. I'm so glad I did. This guy has turned my life around. I'm still overweight and life isn't perfect, but I can walk. He actually had me doing a short run on the treadmill last week!! Unbelievable. I thought I would never run again. Sometimes my back hurts and I don't want to do anything. I work out with him and my back doesn't hurt while we are hitting it and I walk away feeling fantastic. I don't know how he does it but it's better than every other trainer I've worked out with. He knows all of the new training methods and applies them to my personal situation. He is really exceptional in his field.
