Real Time recovered a hard drive from a company pc that was hacked and had a virus placed on it. The data was incredibly important and we needed a company that understood the value of this data. RTS got the job done and saved the day.

I highly recommend RTS, they are very knowledgeable in their profession, very professional, and most of all, excellent customer service! I dropped my Mac and destroyed my hard drive, 2 days later I had a new hard drive installed and miraculously they some how salvaged and recovered all my data. All this after Apple told me they couldn't help me with the data recovery part. Apple was the one to refer me to RTS Technology Group, there apart of the Apple Consultants Network.

Thank you so much for all your help with my Mac. It definitely was an emergency situation and you got all my data back, now I can sleep again...well get back to work again. As soon as I explained the problem, you jumped into action to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Unlike the other store that told me it was going to cost thousands of dollars to get my data back. The customer service, ease of communication, and the willingness to go out of the way to make the process painless was above and beyond. Everything that was promised to be done was superb!!! In this day and age there are not many companies that even compare to the quality of your service. I can't say enough about the quality of your company. I highly recommend that anyone with a computer problem, purchase or question to only deal with YOU! Thank you again Paul!

I was promised faster service than I received. Went in on friday morning and don't know why I had to pay in advance. When I went in Friday morning I was waiting for 20 minutes because Paul was on the phone with a "big client" so I guess I was not important because I wasn't with fox racing, made me feel like I was just chump change. I own my own business so i know how I like to treat my clients. I wouldn't have any if I shoved them under the rug like Paul did. Called at about 3:30 to see if computer was ready because he said he would leave at 5. He said I haven't eaten lunch I've had a busy day so maybe by the time I leave at 6ish now. I rushed home from San Diego to get there by 5. He was very short with me. i finally told him that my time is very valuable too! I was very mad at this point. When he called me I went in and got my computer and Paul apologized for being short with me. At this point I realized I would never bring my business back there. What difference does it make I'm not a big enough player to be an important customer. Moods should be left out of client service.

Pros: recovered 80% of data and replaced hard drive

Cons: felt like I was shoved under the rug

We sent a damaged hard drive for data recovery. They were able to recover 100% of the data. The personnel was very friendly, helpful and returned the retrieved data to us in a shorter period of time and at less expense than any other data recovery business quoted to us.

Highly recommended!!
