I droped a plate of pasta in my dinning room and it just left a stain that i thought i could clean by myself wich i did but i didn't got rid of the stain completely so i called these guys and they were really helpfull, very professional company, and the prices are not so bad.

Unlike past experiences with other cleaners, Flat Rate carpet arrived on time and completed the job both correctly and very well. I felt the need to share this as some past experiences have not been so pleasant. I will be using them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I had Yoav stop by today for an estimate to clean my office carpet. I was very pleased with his demeanor and assistance, and got him to clean the carpet that night. First impresions were correct, the carpets are great and hes coming back next week to clean the furniture.

It was my first time calling a cleaning company to get rid of a foul smell and I chose flatrate carpets. The price is unbeatable and the smell is gone from the carpet. Money well spent!!

After months of my girlfriend nagging me about how I needed to deal with the dog urine on the carpet, I decided to call Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners. I didn?t think they would be able to get that horrible smell out, but to my disbelief, they did it. The friendly staff was a bonus to the reasonable price and the great service that they provided.

After months of smelling the horrible scent of dog urine, I finally decided to look up a carpet cleaner to see if they could get the smell out of my house. I phoned Flat Rate Carpet for free estimate. The staff were very friendly, but more importantly, THEY GOT THE SMELL out. Now all I have left is to train my dog!

My 4 year old has just finished wetting the bed at night so we decided to get her mattress cleaned. When the technician came out he did an amazing job, I saw and smelt the difference. As the price was reasonable I got him to do all the other mattresses. Thank you and I know we will definitely sleep better.

I just had my loveseat and sofa cleaned, cat dander and all, last Thursday. The results are great as compared to what I had expected. I thought I'd end up with cleaner but still somewhat cat stained and shed-on furniture. Obviously they don't look brand spanking new, I've had them for 7 years, but they're visibly cleaner than they have been in years and smell A LOT better. The technician who did the work was very friendly and the cost was right in my range. I definitely would recommend them.

I called this company. Seemed strange but the person who answered the phone didn't seem to be completely "with it". I asked for someone else and was told a price for my carpets. However when the guy arrived at our apartment they started aggressively telling my wife that the price was going to be higher than that quoted, because we had a cat. However, I'd made it very clear that we had a cat when I called. besides, Whiskers is a very clean and lovable cat, so this should not have made a difference.

I'd been warned by a friend about carpet cleaning companies that play this game of giving you one price on the phone and then trying to muscle you to accept a higher price when they are there.

I would definitely not recommend doing business with such a disreputable company.

I sent 6 venetian mini blinds to be cleaned and cords replaced if need be. Paid $600, which I think is a lot. Blinds came back this way: metal mangled on some slats, vinyl covering scratched on all blinds, cords cut on one so the blind does not go up and down, cord stuck on one, dirt, hair and carpet debris on all, fine dirt on all, dirty drips on one. Manager says someone will come look, but will not pin himself down as to when.

Pros: They didn't lose the blinds

Me and my husband have 2 cats and a dog living inside the house. A week and a half ago my mother got sick and moved in with us. The problem is that she is very allergic to cats.
We had to bring someone that can clean our carpet and upholstery quickly and thoroughly. We called ny carpets and one day later our carpets were as good as new!
Efficient and quick- that?s how a customer should be served!

when I called flatrate carpet I didn't really believe that those ugly old stains, from the time my son was a baby, can come off.
but I thought "hey, at least it will smell good..."
when the job was done I couldn't believe my eyes: it was as good as new, not even a small sign that there was a stain! and the smell is great! so- it was worth every dollar. thank you flatrate carpet

My new puppy decided it wanted to use the rug my mother-in-law gave to us as a wedding present as a chew toy. The whole corner was chewed up. I didn't think it could be saved, but I called Flat Rate anyway because I knew it was really expensive and she would've been upset. They brought the rug back in two weeks and I couldn't believe how great it looked, you couldn't even tell. I was so relieved that everything worked out. They were really nice and professional.

Just thought I'd join in on praising Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners. I have an old rug passed down to me from my mother after being passed down to her by her mother. The carpet is already worn out, and I didn't want to have to give it up. I reached Flat Rate by recommedation of a friend and decided to givr them a chance. I was paid a pleasant visit by polite and professional technicians who did a superb job at a more than reasonable price. They'll definitely be the ones I turn to in my next hour of need.

I needed to to clean my entire house. An animal enthusiast, I own 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a few birds that I ocassionaly let loose around the house .My carpet was a mess, i didn't think it could ever be cleaned. I had terrible pet stains and odour, and was sure it would cost a fortune even to estimate. Lucky for me Flat Rate gives free estimates and demontsrations, and when they gave me a quote I was relived. It wasn't at all that bad. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and careful around my house. Now my carpets are nice and clean and that horrible smell is gone. And it didn't break my bank account at all.

Highly recomended.

i got terrible stains & odours on my stairs(24) & living room carpets and i was so despaired about i wanted to replace them with new ones. this guy from flat rate carpet came and told me not to worry. (gosh i was!)
within an hour of hard work (or magic doing) it all became like brand new - i just couldn't believe it !!!
flat rate carpet guys saved me a lot of hack & money and put a big smile on my husband's face .

My carpet was GROSS. Almost grey/black, especially in high-traffic areas. Anthony came and cleaned and it literally looks like the day I got it installed 6 years ago! If you can't afford new carpeting, give this company a chance. The results were jaw-dropping. Anthony is great and a bit of a perfectionist which was, well, perfect!

I just moved in to a great apartment with my best friend. The only bad feature of it was the carpet. I mean, it is a nice carpet, but it was absolutely disgusting. I called flat rate carpet and they cleaned it. They have such an amazing staff and they use the best cleaning products around. Thanks.

I threw an awsome party with my roommates last month, and my carpet was disgusting afterwards. I called Flat Rate Carpets, and they did a great job cleaning my carpet. It`s as good as new now. Now whenever I have a crazy party, I know exactly who I`m calling.

I just got a new puppy last week, and a few nights after I got him I was invited out with some friends. A few drinks turned into an all nighter, and I didn?t get home until the next afternoon. By the time I got home the dog had gone to the bathroom all over my apartment. I tried to get the stains out but it only got worse and the place was starting to smell. I searched for a carpet cleaner and these guys said they could come that day. Within a few hours the guys were cleaning my apartment with cleaners that would be safe for my badly trained dog and everything was as good as new. Now all I have to do is start training the dog!

As a fan of delicate and rare carpets, I have to say that Master carpet really know their stuff when it comes to the cleaning and maintanance of fine rugs. I will defintlye keep them on the list for future jobs.

Last week I was doing laundry while my children were with their babysitter at the park. I went to enjoy my peace and quiet, and almost an hour later I went to check on my laundry. The machine must have been leaking water for the entire time because water had flooded my small laundry closet and spilled out into our kid?s playroom. The carpet in there was never anything special, but now it was destroyed! Water had soaked through half the room already, and leak only stopped after my husband came home and turned the water to the house off! I called and even though it was already 7pm, they sent over someone. Because they responded so quickly, and did such a great job, my carpet was saved, and one week later there is no sign of the disaster except the new laundry machine!

I was so happy when I finally found the couch of my dreams...it cost me a fortune, but the joy it gave me was priceless. I was so excited that I decided to have a 'couch warming' party, but the aftermath showed me that it was not such a good idea. ironically, after too many drinks and hors d'eurves a friend of mine spilled red cocktail sauce on my new couch. The stain was awful, although it wasn?t very big it was very noticeable, especially to me. I was worried that this was the end...of my beloved couch. When I called Flat rate carpet cleaners I was convinced that no matter what they would not be able to remove it completely. The couch was a light color and the stain was fairly dark. BUT OH BOY DID THEY EVER PROVE ME WRONG. The service was excellent, immediate, friendly, courteous, not to mention the fact that they stain is COMPLETLEY GONE. The couch is like new again...

I am so thrilled with the way Persian rug looks. Flat Rate Carpet picked it up and returned it within a week, as promised. It looks clean and refined, even though it's pretty old. The restoration work was superb. Simply wonderful!

have had my fair share of carpet cleaners in my time and the folks at Flat Rate Carpet are truly one of the best carpet cleaners I`ve had in long, long time. They did all my upholstery cleaning. They deelp cleaned and sanitized my loveseat, couch, armchairs and dining room chairs. My home has never looked or smelled this good--ever! And the price was great. Flat Rate Carpet has cleaned my wall to wall carpet and it looks wonderful. I no longer need to buy new carpet because Flat Rate Carpet has deep cleaned it, removed all stains (even in high traffic areas), all for a really great price. Thank you!
