Tim is the best! Instead of a tip he asked me to write a review for him to help business, so here it is. I had a few wine stains on my favorite Persian area rug and expected a big bill for the job, but I was surprised how reasonable it was. I wasn't only pleased with the great price but also with the level of professionalism. Tim was so friendly and was able to get all the stains out!

This is a shout out to my boy, Mike, who asked me to write something good if he did the job right. You did an amazing job, man, there's no evidence left! Ha ha, just kidding. My girlfriend said she'd kick my butt if I didn't get the spill out, and now she loooooooooves me! You can come any time if you do this good a job. We'll call you, man!

I'm a busy man, but after the fantastic service I received, I had to take a moment to show my appreciation. New York Carpet did everything right, from showing up on time, to taking care of the stains on my rug, to delivering my rug back to me within the time frame I had been given. There's not a whole lot I can say other than that I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They cleaned a couple of area rugs for me, but I can only imagine that their work on carpets or upholstery would be equally as good. I imagine I'll find out for myself before too long as I will definitely be calling them again!

My husband had spilled coffee on our light grey recliner, and after scrubbing and scrubbing it wouldn't come out so I called New-York-Carpet. Not only were they able to get here on the same day, but the stain was all gone after 30 minutes of work. Thanks again for quick and efficient service!!

I had been cleaning my carpets professionally for years. I would stick with one company for some time until I would realize that I am not appreciated at all as a customer. They never asked me how I was doing when I called to book appointments, they always rescheduled appointments the last minute, sent rude lazy and careless technicians, but worst of all was the horrible receptionists that worked there. Every time I called and began to explain exactly what I needed they would always cut me off and rush me to get to the point. After going through about 3 or 4 companies I was pretty fed up and frustrated with the carpet world so I decided to give New-York-Carpet a try. So far so good! The service is great, the staff is friendly, the appointments are always on time and never rescheduled, and best of all is that I don't have to bother them to get my carpet back from cleaning. They call me! I highly recommend this company to not only my friends but the entire city.

My dog got sick and threw up all over my carpet. I needed a good cleaning and I needed it FAST!!. An hour after I called the company, there were techinicians were in my living roon working on the carpet. They cleaned it, sanitized it and deodorized it so that it's now as good as new. You don't run into such great service every day. Great job!

Last week there was a huge thunderstorm in our town. Our basement got flooded, there was water everywhere! It wouldn't have been such a big deal but we we have a playroom for our kids in the basement. We found new-york-carpet online and called, they set up an appointment with us that same day. They dried out the old carpet and took it away and helped to install new carpet. They ensured their service would also rid the home of mold and mildew which was a really big concern for my wife and me. I thought it was going to be a pain, but they made it really easy and were very helpful.

we have in our house three antique chair, with upholstery, we got from my wife family for our wedding . We also have pets, a dog and two cats which are quite the opposite of antique, with an untamed nature. After a while, the chairs, which set in the back yard porch, were well beyond sitting or even coming near by. I phoned master carpet cleaner, hoping they can remedy some, and to my surprise they remedy all! The antique became antique again and my wife's family could come and visit with me avoided of the need for excuses. Highly recommended.

Last week I threw a party at my house for a friend of mine.
Unfortunately, someone spilled some wine on my carpet.
The following day I contacted new-york-carpet to see if they could come. They came the following day of the call, and cleaned my carpets to the extent that now they look fresh out of the store!
They also taught me how to preserve the carpets and keep them clean.

My husband and I called New-York-Carpet after our old carpet had started to buckle in the middle of the living room. They were great! I got an appointment for two days after I called and the guys were very professional. They restretched our carpet so that it looks amazing, you would never be able to tell it wasn't new. I was so satisfied that I recommended them to my sister when she needed new carpeting in her house, and she wasn't sorry. We would both definitely use them again!

I've lived in New York my whole life, so I'm skeptical by nature. I called New-York-Carpet because I had gotten a beautiful rug from my grandmother that was covered in dirt and dust. I really loved the rug but it was ancient and smelled a little, so I figured anything they could do would be an improvement, but I was really surprised when my grandmother's rug came back. The original colors were restored, it was beautiful, and the smell was gone. They also did it for me cheaper than three other services that I called. When my mother came to the apartment and saw the rug she hardly recognized it. Finally, a reliable service in Manhattan!

My roommate and I were really excited to move into our first apartment in manhattan. We spent a couple weeks getting everything in order and then we had our house warming party. Everything was going great until a friend spilled red wine all over the brand new light blue rug my parents had bought. The stain was TERRIBLE. I called New-York-Carpet and they were there to get the rug the next day. The were really nice and it took way less time than i thought. The rug came back looking great, and my parents never knew! Thanks a million!
