Recently i was in a bit of a snag with my computer, the darn thing wouldn't work. I heard about this store from a friend, and boy was he right to go there!!! The staff was kind, understanding, and ACTUALLY took the time to let me know what was wrong with the computer and how to no recreate the issue. Ive never gotten that kind of service. Thanks to this amazing store i don't think i would have a computer for college, and boy will i need it. I would recommend the service to anyone who needs help with their computers.
I went by their storefront during business hours. All locked up with no sign on the door. I left a message with my phone number. Never heard back, even to say they couldn't deal with me right now. That just seems like common courtesy to me, and not too much to expect. Community relations is apparently not their strong point.

We greatly apologize for not being able to be there when you needed help. We have a young child that attends school nearby and one of us needs to pick them up at a certain time. Unfortunately, that means that we must close the store from time to time for a few minutes. We do have our phones forwarded for such occasions and encourage anyone needing assistance to call at any time. Again we apologize for any inconvenience and we hope that you were able to find help with your computer.
I was quite pleased with the service I received from SabinoCompTech. The costumer service was outstanding and once I spoke with a tech I felt completely confident that SCT would have my computer back up and running at 100% and I was right. My experience with the staff of SabinoComp Tech was excellent!!! I'm not originally from the Katy, TX area, I was visiting from New York but needed work on my laptop. It's good to find a company that steers you in the right direction especially if your not computer savvy. EXCELLENT service!!!!
My experience with Sabino Comp Tech was awesome. The Sabino family went above and beyond the call of duty to service our computer needs effectively and efficiently. I will continue to use them for my own personal needs and also refer anyone who may have any computer issues to them. They truly know what customer service really entails.
