I was unable to get pregnant for two years and my medical doctors were unable to help. I then went in for an exam with Dr. Victoria Goldsten, ND. She evaluated me based upon natural theories and treated me with homeopathic remedies. Within two months I was pregnant. I now have a bouncing baby boy. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't you should try the natural approach. It worked for me.Dr. Goldsten has had over 30 years of experience in health care. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. I live in Maryland and it was not a problem getting to her office. It took me just 15 minutes from Bethesda.

Ms. Enid Valentive treated my stress and anxiety with an Acupressure/Reiki/Guided Imagery session. During the session she played relaxing music and burned therapeutic oils. Her session took me to a happy place in my mind which helped me see my self worth. That may sound a little silly but it really is true. She helped me learn how to live my life in a positive way. She helped me let go of negative thoughts and guided me to positive thoughts. Her session was better than going to a psycho-therapist. She created more positive energy than I ever had before with a conventional medical practitioner/psychologist. She is very loving and nurturing, much like a loving unconditional mother. She is very helpful with depression, anxiety, stress management and if you think your are loosing it or going to have a nervous breakdown. I would highly recommend Enid if you are really stressed out from life.

It was a great weekend. The instructor, Dr. Jen Martinez, ND, is a fabulous teacher who has a wealth of knowledge! On the way home I once again was flooded with gratitude and joy for life...and then Louis Armstrong's "Wonderful World" came on...isn't that the truth?

It was a joy and an honor to meet and meld with the teacher and the other girls.

I went to see Dr. Goldsten, ND, a traditional Naturopath at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine. She spent a great deal of time with me in the treatment of my problem. After my initial exam she instructed me to call her in one week after my treatment to review my case. It was nice because I did not have to go back to her office at that time and she did not charge me for the phone consultation. She reviewed my case over the phone without a problem. She also encouraged me to call anytime if I had a question. I would recommend her to anyone seeking natural therapies for their problems. She has had over 30 years of experience in natural health and knows a great deal about many ailments.

I AM CURRENTLY SUFFERING FROM RESIDUAL, NECK, BACK, SCIATIC AND RADICULAR PAIN THAT RADIATES DOWN THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF MY BODY TO MY THUMB AND THE PALM OF MY RIGHT HAND, DUE TO A "25% PERMANENT INJURY" THAT I SUSTAINED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT NEARLY FOUR YEARS AGO. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT BY THE CONCLUSION OF THE "TRADITIONAL" ATTEMPTS MADE BY MY TEAM OF DOCTORS, THERE WAS MENTION MADE OF BACK SURGERY AS A POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO MY CHRONIC PAIN...BUT THAT TRULY WAS NOT A VIABLE OPTION FOR

As a past student and teacher of the Washington Institute I felt very comfortable with the Institute and its staff. The classes were small and personal. The students got special attention. It was a friendly and loving environment. The Institute offers even more classes now such as: Holistic Health, Homeopathy, Herbology, Holistic Nutrition, Acupressure, Reiki, Holistic Laboratory, and more.
