i called this company and they were very short on the phone. they were not even interested in cleaning my rug because it was too small for them.

My neice had smeared vasaline all over the carpet in my bedroom about 3 months ago, and the carpeting became very black and icky because of it. In the past 3 months I had 4 different carpet cleaners come to my apartment to try and get the stains out, but none succeded. When I called BHCC I was very skeptical as to if I would be handing out more money for a service that wouldnt do its job right, however, I was wrong. The guy that came over was very friendly and cool, (plus he was on time) and he got rid or the stain and the vasiline residue completely! Beverly hills carpet cleaners is the only service I will use for now on. Not only are they efficient, the guy who cleaned the carpet used an organic chemical free service, to make sure that my little sunshine Jaya or my pets would be harmed by the harsh chemicals that are used in the shampoos of regular carpet cleaners. I have to say that overall this was a very good experience. He was done with the room and hallway in about 2 hours and they carpet dried very quickly. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for top-notch service, cause they really know what they are doing over there! They really put all those other carpet cleaners to shame!

B&H Carpet Cleaners worked out great for us. They came up to malibu on sunday and heled aid our carpet, due to a sick dog. Best of all, their Tech's we the nicest people. Dave and Josh, ( I think ) was very helpfull. In all - Fair prices, Quick service and on-time ! Best Carpet Cleaning Service in Malibu.

Love. Love. Love!

As a tiny 100lb girl, I dread having service appointments that require strange men to come into my home when I'm alone. I've had some not-so-pleasant experiences, so: YAY! Today was great!

-Technician called ahead (LOVE that)

-He was super super polite and friendly

-My four-kitty apartment's carpet is spotless! (the kitties sometimes don't keep all their food down, so....yeah there were definitely some spots)

-He finished the job in about an hour (small apartment but still)

Also, they use chemicals that are safe for pets, which is SO IMPORTANT.

Finally, I love how inexpensive this was! ($139)

Next time I spill coffee or one the kitties throws up on the carpet, I'm going to have much less anxiety. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Dear BHCC

First let me say that I am not one that generally takes or has the time to write letters regarding service that I have received from people that work in my home or office on a contracted basis.

Because of my profession, I entertain quite frequently and am frequently asked about different services that stand out or are found attractive in my home (i.e. window/drapery treatment, decor, etc.) I am always happy to pass along information that I have regarding service that goes beyond my expectations?.which is rare, indeed. In this instance, I would like to share with you about my experience with one of your technicians, David Rodriguez. As a point of reference?at my last party, I was able to suggest my drapery designer to 12 of my guests and later confirmed that they had called to make appointments with him. Just as one of my many qualified contractors, David Rodriguez did an outstanding job, especially when working around/near delicate fabrics (that totaled about $25,000.00) in my secondary home here in Los Angeles that could have been easily damaged my a less than conscientious worker.

I live in a condo during my short times here in Los Angeles between tours, yet, as I mentioned earlier, it is necessary for me to entertain my business associates. I was also on the Board of Directors here at The Highland Terraces. We often require the services of carpet cleaners. In the future, not only will I share my experience regarding the excellent service that David provided, I will also recommend his services to our Management Company

Finally, in closing, it all comes down to the reality that, unfortunately, service here in Los Angeles can be ?sketchy? at any given time?even with reputable companies. I was beyond being happily surprised to actually receive what I had envisioned as my own expectations? and furthermore having those expectation MET?AND EXCEEDED!!

These guys are awesome! They did such a great job on my poor tortured rug and I have felt such guilt at taking so long to write this because I was so grateful for how accommodating they were and what a fabulous job they did. And I love that they are a smaller company and I could support a local firm.

First, I have birds at home so I did not want anything with lots of chemicals or smells because of their sensitive respiratory systems (though I still moved them to the back of the house). I also try to avoid a lot of chemicals and smells and these guys fit the bill. Literally, it did not smell at all.

And second, I had had a "rug emergency" the night before and when I begged they even managed to squeeze me in that evening because one of their techs was willing to take an extra job! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

So I was sold on what I read about their rep on yelp and city search, their willingness to help me short notice and their process. They have a several step process (that I am sure they would be happy to explain to you by phone) where they vacuum and clean and that all sounded great to me. They were slightly more expensive than some of the competitors I called for bids, but my rug is important to me and I trusted them that they knew what they were doing. You really do get what you pay for--though if you are some renter from hell doing the last minute "oh my God i need my deposit back!" you might not care.

The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He knew what he was doing and when he left, he even managed to get my rug back down on the floor in a tight spot without having to put the couch that had been resting on it back by sliding a little bit of the rug closer to the tv (I had never realized that there was space under the lip of that big honking thing where my rug could lie unburdened).

Honestly the Best Carpet Cleaners Company in Los Angeles, as you can see.

These guys are awesome! It's no wonder they made "Best of". Professional, honest, diligent, superb. Had massive stains and odor from a prior tenant (on an off-white carpet). He didn't even promise to get everything out, but he did anyway and the carpet looks brand new again. I will never use another carpet cleaner again. PLEASE USE THEM!!!

yeah we used BH Caret Cleaners becuase they had such great reviews, In Fact, they were great. They tech was a great guy and went the extra mile on our carpet. The staff at the office could not me more friendly.

At first I was very pleased. They came on time set everything up... the employee was very nice..... But as soon as they hooked equipment up and turned it on, my electricity went out and would not be fixed by my manager until later, so I rescheduled their visit for 2 days. They never showed up or called. I was very disappointed by the lack of "customer support/care." And I chose them because of the reviews here. Now that I am here again I see that there is a 10% off if you mention citysearch and this was not offered to me ?when I first called and mentioned citysearch.

Not happy with this company. Did not show up on time. what's the point of saying will be on time if you don't??? I called a bunch of times nobody picked up...

Ok. I'm not fake. The cleaning person did come an hour late and i asked and he said he had a time that was an hour later than the time we agreed upon... and that was all. At least you came.

Went specifically with B.H. Carpets from the reviews here on CitySearch, so I wanted to give back. They are far from the least expensive cleaner available. They give a big steam is better than chemical pitch and sold us on their quality. To be honest, the cleaning was about the same as other discount and chemical cleaning vendors. Just an average job, might use again might not. Will be more price aware next time.

I knew these guys had it right from my first phone call. Customer service and hospitality is becoming a lost art but B & H has it nailed from beginning to end. Accurate quote and explanation of services over the phone to excellent, on-time, professional service on site! A tenent left the carpets an absolute mess with pet and traffic stains, I was so worried they'd have to be replaced. B & H to the rescue.....got it looking new in no time! Would recommend these guys in a heart beat, and gotta love the family-run honest business aspect!
