Platinum Maid

I am a very particular person when it comes to things like punctuality, neatness and cleanliness. Platinum Maid have never disappointed me in any one of those areas. The cleaners arrive on time...and leave my home amazingly clean. How they can accomplish so much so quickly, I'll never know.... When the crews leave, my house is not just spotless. It is antiseptic. I love it!

I have recommended Platinum Maid to just about anyone who will listen.... Their trustworthiness and professionalism are rare gems in the business world these days.

Platinum Maid has really impressed my family and I. I have been using their services for almost a year and recommended them to my parents. I was so impressed, my parents are not easy to please (no one is good enough for them) but they commented how awesome the job was and that was what surprized me more, you guys actually pleased my parents! Thanks for making me look good!

After going through numerous of maid services, I've came to conclusion that Platinum Maid is the best in the business! PM does not water down their cleaning supplies like other maid services. Best of all, they use Eco-Friendly products, which doesn't leave the house smelling like a gas chamber after the cleaning.

Also, I would like to compliment on the service. The maids were very polite and thorough with my particular cleaning requests. They were on time and did an excellent job. In addition, their customer service was excellent!!!

I would totally recommend this company to all my friends, and I have!

I hired platinum maid to clean my small studio apt for about $110.00. I thought the price was a little high for such a small space, but I wanted a really good cleaning. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. The trash was not taken out, the bathroom had not been cleaned (looked more like they dusted), dishes were still in the sink, they had not mopped, they didn't even tidy anything up, It did not look any different from when I had left earlier that day. I had scheduled the cleaning for a Friday day, I called Friday evening to address the cleaning issues I had. I sent several e-mails with pictures showing the mess left behind. By Monday, when I still had not received a phone call, I called the service to find that they were only going to issue a $20.00 refund and that was all they could do. I said I would have liked for them to come back and clean the apt that I paid for, but they said that it was over 24 hours since the cleaning and they could not do a re clean. Since they do not check e-mails or messages on the weekend my complaints on Friday night were pointless. The Manager was incredibly rude and simply challenged me to write a bad review. So, I basically ended up paying about $80.00 to clean up after a cleaning service, that I hired to clean my apt. If the management had extended a re cleaning and an apology for the service, I would never have written this review. However, with the awful customer service, and the bad cleaning job I will never recommend or use this company again.

We hired this company for a move out cleaning. We were very satisfied with the work done in the kitchen, but not happy with the cleaning in the bathrooms or laundry room. One of the bathrooms seemed to have been skipped entirely and others only partially cleaned. There was still lots of dust and debris in between the washer and dryer. The patio door was not cleaned, and the dirt there was very obvious. None of the ceiling fans had been dusted. All of these oversights led to my husband having to spend literally all night cleaning what the housekeeper missed. He is very upset at these things, especially since the close out walk-though was scheduled for the next day and could not be delayed. Really, there wasnt an extraordinary amount of work that needed done. We had already moved out and another company had already took care of all the carpet. No bedrooms, no furniture to deal with. Just appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, cobwebs, laundry room and bathrooms. I know that I won't be using these services again, as you shouldnt have to clean up the things you missed.

My family and I have lived here in Virginia for a few years, and let me say, we've had our share of good and bad maid service. Given those circumstances, we decided to try out a new house cleaning company (Platinum Maid) for our Move In cleaning, and I must say, I was totally satisfied with their services. Not only do they have a great guarantee policy, but they actually had a supervisor come and check out the cleaners work to make sure we were happy. Of course you can't expect everything to be 'perfect' but their willingness and accomodation totally makes up for that! We have been using their services for several months now, and we couldn't be any happier. If you are looking for a reliable and experienced cleaning company you should definitely give Platinum Maid a call!
