In ShortDebuting in 1962 as Thrif D Discount Center in Scranton, Pa., this drugstore chain became known as Rite Aid in 1968, and today is one of the largest in the nation. In addition to a pharmacy, each store carries a wide variety of health-care and household items--from nutritional supplements to cleaning supplies to snack foods. Flu clinics are held at various locations throughout the flu season.

I initially went to Savon first to get my prescription filled but the pharmacist told me that they didn't have my presciption in stock and that they had to order it and would take four to seven days. I went to Rite Aid after that and got my prescription filled immediately! And the pharmacist there was very helpful and nice.
