I went in for some neck and back problems. I made an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome too. The office seemed pretty busy (they have a good number of patients) so I'd recommend making an appointment.

Anyway, on my first visit, I filled out the necessary paperwork and the very nice receptionist asked me to wait 10 minutes. Surely after 10 minutes, I had an exam with the medical doctor, Dr. Tamimi I think. Next, I had a consultation with Dr. Ginakes who explained thoroughly all the possible treatment plans I could go with. Right after talking with Dr. Ginakes, I went straight to my first session.

First I sat at a machine that loosens the muscles. Then a therapy assistant taught me some exercises to prevent and ease neck and shoulder pains. Lastly, my back was adjusted by Dr. Norgate. The adjustment felt like pure bliss. I felt much better after the first treatment. After the second treatment, I barely noticed any discomfort I had previously and by the third treatment I felt as healthy as ever.

Till this day, I still do the exercises I was taught and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends in the future, because the ones I have referred have loved it!

One more thing I noticed, a lot of the other patients were active people, dancers and athletes, and lots of moms!

I highly recommend Integrated Medical Center for your primary chiropractic care. The staff is super friendly and show a true interest in your well-being and life in general. What I like about this chiropractic center is that they first spend a few minutes loosening up your back muscles (pressure point treatment) before you get adjusted. If needed they also provide other forms of treatment like physical therapy stretching and many more. The chiropractors are awesome and I walk out of there feeling good every time.

If your neck, back, even your hands/wrists bother you I recommend checking them out. They will be more than happy to help you.

The staff at Integrated Medical Centers is friendly and personable and knowledgeable in their field. They know the spots to focus on to alleviate pain. In addition to performing the massages and adjustments, they also instruct you on what you can do to help yourself to address problem areas, such as simple stretches or other therapeutic home remedies. The initial consultation is free. Pain level and problem areas are assessed or rated prior to each session. Their approach to well-being incorporates a balance between fitness, healthy eating and treatment.

If you need some good physical therapy or just a massage, they do it all. Their staff is incredibly friendly and the doctors very informative and helpful. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and good to be there. Their facility is clean and not over cluttered. Its not huge but they have the necessary equipment to help with what ails you.-
