I purchased Botox. My experience was rushed and impersonal. The price was inexpensive, however, they used more product than my old spa and caused my eyelids to droop. I look horrible. Fortunately, the product has started to wear off in just six weeks vs.5 months with other applications. I should have stayed where I had a good result, but I thought how can you go wrong with a Dr.? I would never go or recommend. I asked for a refund and they refused. The doctor, said he would take a look at the drooping eyelids but he was arrested and removed from practice before I could go back. The spa has left the situation unresolved..

I was looking for a spa located in North Raleigh to take care of all my skincare needs (Obagi, botox, facials, peels, laser hair removal). I found it with Premier Med Spa! For my visit in January, I had an consultation with Angie to get recommendations to improve my skin and look younger. So far, I have been thrilled. Dr. Cook and Angie are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. My skin looks better than ever!

Great Experience

This was my first time coming to a Medical Spa and I would definately come back again. My first time there I just had a facial and Angie did a wonderful job. I was very relaxed when I left and my face felt great. After talking with Angie and getting a skin analysis I decided to return for some IPL treatment. She is very gentle and I hardly felt anything. I looked forward to returning and getting my treatments and could not believe the results. I highly recommend their services.

Look younger in just a few treatments!

The service is excellent and it is a very relaxing experience. I was very nervous when I first went. Angie, the estitician was very down to earth and knowledgeable about what they could offer for my skin rejuvination. She put me at ease right away. Now I look forward to my face peels every 4 weeks. The results are smoother skin with more even texture. Even the lines and wrinkles have been reduced! I highly recommend their services.

I received my first facial and found it to be very relaxing and enjoyable. Angie is great and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was warm and added to my relaxtion.

Excellent service at a great price

I have worked in hospitals for 20 years and often go to spas to treat myself. I was surprised to learn there was a med spa at the WakeMed North building. Since I had a coupon I figured I would give it a try. It was not cold and "hospital-like" at all. They really combined the best of a big medical facility and the ambiance of a spa. Angie, who provided my facial was awesome and very knowledgable. They use great products and the pricing (at least for OBAGI) is better than I have seen at other places. I will definitely be going back and recommend it to others. Just ask for Angie.
