We had a great experience here when we bought our SUV. The salesman did not "oversell" and did not push us on something we didn't want. We first went to a Ford dealership in Issaquah and were so turned off by the salesman that we drove straight to Bill Pierre. Within a half hour, we had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We would definitely go back.

I walked onto the sales lot looking for a used FORD suv I had done my research , knew my credit score and knew what the vehicles were worth. based on options or packages they came with. I was shown vehicles I had no interest in . I was very specific about what I was looking for. I finally asked the sales person " I did say ford right " ? this is a ford dealership right ? I felt my time was being wasted. when I did find a vehicle that I was interested in it was way over priced . I told him the kbb price. He said we'd lose money if we took that. I said iam not paying for your mistake for paying too much for it on trade. I left the lot called me 1/2 hr later saying if I came back to the lot that night I cold have it for 500 more than what I asked for but it was only good if I came back that night ( say what ? ) felt as if they were playing games with me and my time . I did not go back.

I brought my first car at Bill Pierre Ford in lake city way. The sales people were very helpful and very straight forward. I would highly recommend you visit this car dealership.
