Rockland Marble & Granite

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT use Rockland Marble and Granite. I hired Tony to put in a kitchen countertop and bathroom countertop for my parents' beach house. I should have known right away that we were going to be in for problems,b/c when I dropped off the deposit, Tony was at the bank an hour later cashing the check. (the bank called to confirm and it's in Dedham which is a drive from Rockland). Anyway, it took weeks of phone calls to get them to put in the counter top. They said they'd come on a certain day/time and NEVER show up! No phone call or anything!! So UNPROFESSIONAL! Then finally when they did show up his guy messed up with the backsplash and AGAIN it took WEEKS of phone calls to get them to fix it. The back splash is NOT seamless which is disappointing. It was a frustrating, and very disappointing experience.

The absolute worst of the worst. Owner Tony Giannetti is a liar & a thief. Hires unexperienced & unqualified installers who hacked my kitchen. Completely unlevel counters that had huge gaps underneath. They were cut wrong in several places and a seam broke on the first day. Had to hire another company to come in and fix what his employees did wrong. Paid him for a backsplash over 2 months ago that he hasn't provided and now he won't return my phone calls. Beware of this man. As soon as he gets your money and problems arise, you'll never hear from him again. I now have to go to small claims court to try to get my money back. What I thought should have been a simple home improvement project, has turned into a complete nightmare due to Rockland Marble and Granite. The ironic part of this being that the only reason we hired them in the first place was that my husband realized he knew Tony from years ago (at a former career that he had...hasn't been doing granite all that long and it shows). Thought we were assured great service with a personal connection and we were happy to give business to someone we knew. Boy, were we wrong! If this is how he treats people he knows, I'd hate to see how he deals with strangers.

My mother had granite counters installed yesterday by rockland marble and granite, she is 68 years old and she
is the happiest person in Boston. She had not done any improvements to her home since my dad passed, but
she always wanted granite but couldn't afford it untill she heard of rockland marble and granite. Tony and his
staff did a great job and very respectfull crew of property. She lives on the 3rd floor in Boston South End and
it was a job bringing the granite up the stairs, but they did, Great Job and Honest people. Shop at rockland
marble and granite you will be happy to.

Happy Happy Happy that we went to a local store. Rockland Marble and Granite did a wonderful job on our granite countertops. They came in did a template and in 5 days I was eating on our new countertops. We had a great
time picking out colors in there showroom and after that we had our old yellow
counters removed and now are Happy.

I would like to say I had my cabinets in my kitchen and bathroom replaced and also had new countertops installed, I am more than happy with the service that i received from rockland marble and granite. Tony came to my house and after the cabinets were installed we had our countertops in 3 days.
So see for yourself great job and we are happy that we went to them.

We had our granite countertops installed and are very happy with the service
and timely fashion everything was done, I even asked about a negative feedback and was shown the picture of the granite installed, I happen to be
a neighbor of this person. So she didn't hook up her sink because she tried
to get something for nothing. She works at a large store where she could of bought granite, but that tells you something, We support Rockland Marble and Granite for standing up against people who try to take advantage of small
and local stores. I know alot of people who purchased granite like us and are very Happy. Good and Honest People.

My daughter had her new countertops installed last week and we had our
counters installed today. We are more than happy with the service and the
extra time Tony took in taking us to pick out our slabs, We had counters installed in our Florida home and the service from rockland marble was the
best. The office kept us informed of the installation date and what we needed

measured and Tommy came back and did a template, We
went to braintree and picked out our slabs and they were
installed by Tony's crew and did a wonderful job, My sister
who liveson the North Shore drove down and is having her
kitchen and vanity done next week, We are glad we went to
Rockland Marble and Granite if you need and want countertops

I had my granite countertops done at Rockland Marble and Granite and Found Tony and his staff not only HONEST, but
very helpful from picking out the slabs at the granite supplier
and working around my installation date so I wouldn't miss time from work. I asked about the negative posting and I even
spoke to the two employees that went to that person house. I
was told that the gentleman at that location was very verbally
abusive to the employees, because they were stuck in traffic,
I think that Tony and his staff were given a gift when they cancelled. Plus if you check with other retail stores, when you
pay by check or credit cards, it takes 30 days to recive refunds, But Anyway My counters came out GREAT and we
will reccomend and have our friends to Rockland Marble and Granite.

Rockland marble and granite did a fantastic job on our kitchen countertops, we are
very happy with there work and knowledge of granite, and most of all the help in picking
out the color granite which was the hardest part of all. Great work guys, Thank You

Thank You To Van and Tony, We are so happy with our fireplace surround, I don't want to use the
