One of the hardest parts of moving is finding a new hair stylist. After reading all of the excellent reviews here, I decided to make an appointment. I am SO glad I did! Rob took his time to get to know what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Rob's method of thinning my hair and shaping it was pure genious. I can't wait until my next appointment to see what he'll do next!

Let me say that my hair appointments are priority one. I have an appointment every 5 weeks and never miss one.
I came to Rob after seeing another stylist for 10 yrs. Changing stylists is always a little nerve racking, but, after my first visit with Rob, I knew I had a true professional. Rob sat down, listened to what I want and then he offered advice and suggestions. I am totally amazed that Rob can take a short haircut and change it up with new coloring techniques and cuts that give me just enough change for people to take notice after each visit. Robs artistic side really shines when he cuts, he looks at your facial structure and hair texture to create a style that frames and highlights your features. Rob also teaches as he styles your hair, so you can create the same look at home.
I would highly recommend Rob, his professionalism and expertise are beyond words.

Rob is the absolute best. I've been to countless hair salons and have never been satisfied with any of my 'dos. I've gone to highend salons and paid ridiculous amounts of money for a horrible experience. After a while of putting up with it all, I finally got a recommendation to go to Rob and boy, am I glad I did. From the first time I met him- I knew he was my 'go to guy' from here out. He is exceptional at everything he does. Every cut he does falls so perfectly into place and grows out beautifully. I never knew a good cut could keep from so many frustrating mornings fooling with my hair. Not to mention his color and high lighting! The colors always look beautiful and he places the highlights to go with the cut. I've walked out of The Hair Room Studio everytime completely satisfied and can't wait to go back. I drive an hour to go to him- he's well worth it. Plus, his prices are right on. I could go on and on, but everyone should go experience Rob's talent for their selves! :)

I don't know how he does it, but simply put: Rob Christian is AWESOME!

I found Rob through the reviews and I'm so happy with my hair and we had such a fun appointment .First we spent quite a while just talking about what i wanted and he did not start my hair until he was sure he understood.In the end my color is amazing and my cut is exactly what i said i wanted,i can't wait to go back .thanks Rob

Robert is the best around!!! I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have had more bad perms, cuts and when I started going to Robert he was able to get my hair healthy again. Rob would be very honest about what would work and not work for my hair, which was a big deal to me. Most people don't take the time to talk to you, see what you want out of a hair cut, color or style. Rob has great conversation so the time seems to fly by. He doesn't spend time on the phone while I am in his care, which is my biggest issue with hair dressers. Thats like driving and talking on the cell phone; one just cant pay attention and I feel their wasting my dime. I have quit going to hairdressers for that very reason. I am so glad Robert takes the time with me when I am in his hands, makes the money I spend worth while because I always come out looking great. I cant ever imagine going to anyone else. I would recommend Rob to everyone that cares about the way they look!!

Rob is excellent--he saved my hair from another salon's terrible job. He was attentive, nice, funny and he now has another loyal customer. I would recommend him to anyone--especially anyone with fine hair as mine looks better than ever.

Rob has been cutting and highlighting my hair for two years. I have been very happy with him from the first time he cut my hair. He listens to what I want and respects my opinion but also gives me his opinion when I ask him. He is reasonably priced and has always worked around my time schedule. If you are looking for someone new to cut and/or color your hair, go see Rob at The Hair Room Studio. He is fantastic!

I was referred to Rob when I moved to Dallas during the summer of 2007 and I have been extremely happy with the job he does. (Which makes the 25 mile commute worth the trip.) He has always been able and willing to work around my schedule and I will continue to drive to Plano as long as I live in the area.

I highly recommend The Hair Room Studio to anyone new to the Dallas area or anyone who is just looking for a (positive) change!

Rob gives me the best haircuts I have ever had. When I first started going to him, I had been trying to find a new style for months, and he made some suggestions and gave a new cut that I love. He is always flexible setting up appointments. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Robert Christian has been doing my hair since 1995. I've gone to a few other stylists on occasion, but always end up returning to him after a not-so-great do.
Rob's talent and technique keeps me in style with the most flattering looks.

Robert has been highlighting and cutting my hair for 6-7 years. Robert does a fantastic job, he knows what I like and he has never disappointed me yet. When I walked out of his studio I am very pleased with my hair and I can go anywhere without going home. I am very picking when it comes to my hair what women isn't. If you have not gone to The Hair Room Studio try it you will be very happy you did.

Val came in one day with a wonderful haircut. I said "OK, Val, where did you get your hair cut?" She has had the same artist for
probably 15 years. "Rob at The Hair Room Studio", she said. I called him right then and made an appointment.

I had been so disappointed with a haircut twelve years previously, I swore I would never get it cut again. I wore my hair long and straight, so it was easy to trim, but I was very tired of wearing the same do year after year.

Robert cut my hair and I was very impressed! I got so many compliments. Robert is so good that when he cuts your hair, you don't have to worry what it looks like straight or curled. Your choice.

Recently, I decided to go with a shorter cut. It has grown out a bit, but still looks great. Robert does not have a one cut fits all. He
chooses a haircut that is right for you. If you have an idea of
what you want. . .you've got it.

When anyone is looking for a professional cut, I send them to Robert. My sister, my nephew and my friends have all been referred to Rob by me. He is also a master with hair color.

Will sum this up by saying I would not have anyone else cut my hair.

Rob is great -- what can I say? I am very picky about color, I want it to look beautiful and natural, and Rob never fails to give me spectacular looking color. I sometimes get "stuck" not wanting to change my haircut because I have crazy curly hair but Rob always cuts it in a way that is stylish and easy to manage.

Rob has cut and colored my hair for 20 years and has kept me on the cutting edge of chic and cool! The most common question to me from people I don't know is "who does your hair?" My hair is "short-short" and I love it!

I probably travel the farther to get the best results, Rob has created looks that stop total strangers asking "who does your hair", he always creates a new and stylish look and the color is unbelievable. I live in California and cannot find anyone who can even come close Rob so I fly to Texas a couple times of year to get my hair done! What else can say!!! He's awesome!

I've been a customer for many years and there have been lots of changes to my hair (length, color, thickness, permed, straight) but one thing has remained constant - - I am always satisfied when I walk out of the salon. Through the years I have depended on Robert to introduce me to new looks and new products that keep my looks more current and my hair more healthy. For what more could you ask? (Well, once after a surgery he even came to my home to cut long hair that that had contributed to neck problems.) I rest my case.

I moved to Plano 3 years ago after recovering from a series of infections which left my hair looking thin and unhealthy. I was told by a neighbor that Robert does excellent color. I moved to Plano from NYC and I was not happy with how all the colorists in NYC made my hair too dark. Robert is a miracle! My hair has never looked better! Michael was able to get rid of my dead ends, shape my hair and give me a style and a look which has greatly increased my self confidence and I get compliments all the time on how great my hair looks from people who know me and don't know me. People love my cut and my hair color. I totally trust Robert and when he has a new color to offer, I am ready for Robert to try something new on me. Robert is a brilliant artist. I was thrilled to find Robert three years ago, but everytime, he suggests something new, a new red or a new hair product to accentuate my great cut that he does, I keep coming back because he is always working on his craft and giving me the latest information and I look and feel like a million dollars! Thank you Robert!

If you want a color and cut that turns heads, then you have to visit Rob at The Hair Room Studio. Every time I get my hair cut/colored I have people ask me who does my hair!!

For the best cut in the metroplex give Rob a try..

I have been going to Rob for a while now. I have gone in with pictures from magazines or just told him how I wanted to look or even better...he has given his thoughts of what would look good on me. He is great at coloring my hair and he always cuts and styles my hair to perfection. It is the feeling of a new person walking out and ready to tackle the social or work related realms of society that makes me keep going back to him.
