I am so flabbergastingly happy I stopped randomly into this place. It's on the way home in an unobtrusive strip mall next to a 7-11.
The Chinese food is good, reliable, but not going to provoke too many culinary epiphanies..
But the Sushi. The sushi draws me back again and again. Fresh, clean flavors. And several rolls I've never seen before. The Sakura roll in particular.
The staff recognizes you after a few times in and the chef offered to make me a few rolls not on the menu. Also tremendous.
I don't see many people in there, so I am concerned that if won't make it. I love having this option open to me. Really strong take-out sushi for my weary work self. So I exhort neighbors to check this place out and keep it alive.
