First off, be warned of BOTH Reliable Carpet & Air Duct AND Atlanta Air Duct Cleaning because the same technician showed up representing both of them. I kid you not! They will tell you over the phone that they can do the job for around $70 for a two bedroom/two bath and then raise the price to $200 when they arrive. If you refuse the inflated price, they refuse to do the work. NO JOKE!
My first appointment was with Reliable (insert irony here). I am the landlord, so I only spoke with the service guy on the phone while my tenant dealt with him face to face. The technician said that the system needed the deluxe $200 package. When I said that he should attempt the $70 version first, he suddenly didn?t have the right equipment (nothing portable?) and would have to come back. He never called again.
So, I decided to try Atlanta Air Duct. This time, I met the tech and told them ahead of time to bring portable equipment. THE SAME GUY SHOWED UP IN A DIFFERENT TRUCK! He has a distinct accent (Israeli, I think?) and although he initially denied it, he eventually admitted that he had been to the property two days earlier. He told some crazy story about the owners splitting up and he working for both. Again he said it would cost $200 and this time flat out refused to do the work for anything less.
Anyway, I called the owner (same accent, shocker), a woman who insisted that she would get to the bottom of the situation. Guess what? She never called me back either.
I wasted 2 days with these con artists. Don?t make my mistake. BEWARE!
Pros: None, nada, zippo, zilch.
Cons: They are likely con-men or ex-cons, does that count?

The technicians were in uniform. They were very polite and careful. They answered all my questions. Gave me a great deal on all the services. Asked me if I was satisfied with the work they did before they left my home. I definitley recommend them to everyone I know.

We had a problem with our dryer duct being clogged with lint. Our clothes were not drying in the dryer. I called this company,and they gave us same day service. The men were nice, funny, and more importantly....did a great job. If all companies could be this quick, prompt, and courteous....
