Just wanted to take a minute to thank you Tony for everything you did!!!!!! I will say when we first spoke many months ago I was a bit skeptical if you could meet the high expectations you set for yourself and your company after our conversation. I will now say that the experience we had this past Saturday was beyond what I could have imagined!! The 50 passenger bus was amazing!!! The driver was great and did everything he could to accommodate 30 guys which I'm sure was not easy!!! The most important thing of all was that my friend had an amazing night and we owe a very large part of that to you!!! I will absolutely use your company again in the future for any and all of my limo/bus needs!!!!!!!!!!! Good times Tony!!!!!!!! Thanks again....

I would just like to take a minute to thank NYC Limo for a perfect prom night. Nothing went wrong, the driver followed the directions and got me to prom on time. My night was complete with the limousine. I will never forget that night, I recommend this company to anyone. They will make your night as special as mine. Thank you again for everything. I first contacted Sunshine Limousine many months ago to reserve a party bus for my 21st birthday. I spoke with Tony and he had alot of confidence in his buses, so I ended up reserving the 50 passenger party bus from them. Let me just say that he wasn't kidding, he got me and my friends on a guest list, we didn't have to wait on the line nor pay at the door. Overall we had a blast and all my friends had a great time. and we want to say thank you to Sunshine Limousine and Tony for a great service. I will most deffinitely use them again and would reccomend them to all my friends...... Irine?

I just want to say Thank You to Sunshine Limousine for their Outstanding service on my birthday! The driver was professional, courteous, on time and reliable. Thank you for taking good care of me and my friends & making sure we were all safe! We got picked up at my house with a first stop at the Oak Room, then Sunshine put us on the list at M2 Lounge. It was nice not having to wait or pay at the door. We had a blast. I loved the black stretch Hummer limo, it was classy & a smooth ride. I would definitely recommend them over any other limo company. This is by far one of the worst companies that I have dealt with. They take your money, give you terrible service, then demand more money on your wedding day. This is not something that anybody should have to deal with on their wedding day. "Tony" called me up and said that our deal did not include gratuities and my driver wanted to get paid. Thanks for great wedding memory!

My name is Marissa and I am a college student over at St. Francis and I frequently charter coach buses for campus events. For my last event ?Tony? over at this company quoted me $2000 GRATUITY INCLUDED in hopes I would be a return customer. The limo bus ended up breaking down which delayed my event three hours. I decided not to leave the extra tip (which was my discretion) since I was already pissed off.

I live in Staten Island and don?t commute to Manhattan much. Tony from NYC Luxury Limo wanted cash instead of credit card ?for tax purposes.? I told him I have no problem paying cash. He requested I come in the day prior so he knew I was good for it. Since I thought they were a legit company I told him to take my credit card as collateral so I didn't have to waste time going to the city to pay him. I paid him the next day. Two days later I see an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $800. It has been a week and the owner has yet to get in touch with me.

I checked this company out on the Better Business Bureau and saw not one good thing about this place. They have 2 outstanding complaints against this company, and I urge all others to do the same and file complaints with BBB, the NYC Taxi and Limo Commission (212-227-6186), as well as the Consumer Affairs of NY (973-504-6200).

I booked this limo company for a night out with the guys, and was given a limo with broken televisions. I asked the driver to help out and he did not know what to do. I asked him if we can get another limo, and he told us that there were no more available. We had a 2 hour trip to Atlantic City, NJ without the televisions working. I think that NYC Luxury Limousine is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. They are manipulative liars that will ALWAYS back down on their word. They have various complaints against them on the Better Business Bureau and have ruined my night out with me friends.

My friends and I rented a limo from this company for a night out on Halloween. I can't describe in words what an amazing time we had and part of it had to do with the limo service. We liked our driver, he was very professional and knoledgeable yet very friendly and pleasant to be around with. On behalf of my friends and myself I would like to say thanks for a great night. We recommend their services to everyone. I'm sure I will be using their services again.

The city was packed and we didn't have any trouble getting around. Driver knew the ins and outs. We got to the club. Had VIP treatment all the way, compliments of NYC. Felt like a star all night. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again.

Rude driver. He asked me for a larger tip on my trip down to Atlantic City. He said "You guys will make the money there." Very unrprofessional and rude as a company and as a person. I will never deal with this company again. I spoke to Tony, who assured me that his driver would not do that and I had to argue with him that it really did. Another rude employee by NYC Luxury Limousine.

Cons: Customer Service, Employees look out for themselves

Our night was better than we could have expected. The party bus was beautiful, attendants thoughtful and courteous, and the driver made us feel safe and secure so all of us were able to just enjoy the ride. I am writing this review because for the first time in a long time I received top quality service and would like to commend NYC Luxury Limousine for the outstanding service they provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service that is often so hard to find.
