NC VIP Home Inspection Services

We used NC VIP Home Inspection for our home inspection this past October. We purchased new construction and they still found several items that needed to be repaired, which more than paid for the cost of the inspection. They were great to deal with, and had no problem working within or time frame, which was not easy as they were literally still working on the house the day before closing. Our inspector, Ken, spent around 4 hours at our home, including crawling into the crawl space under the house.

And we loved the report. It was available to us online within a day and there are full color pictures to document each finding. Our realtor could also log in under a separate passcode to get an instant copy. I do wish that they had provided a bound copy, as we have always gotten from other inspectors. I definitely recommend Ken at NC VIP.
