What Would I do Without Alex

Training with Aleksandra has been fantastic. As a former athlete, i was stuck doing the same routine for years and over time lost motivation to work out every day. I was in a horrible Moto accident that shattered my right knee and broke both of my ankles. I was unable to work out for almost six months. I lost my will to keep healthy and gained over 30 lbs. Since I have met Aleksandra, i have lost 20 lbs. and she makes every workout different and very challenging. I often try to guess what she could possible come up with the following week, which really gets me excited to excercise, and has made me love "the burn" again. I don't know what I would do without her.

Can not go wrong!

Before I began training with Raymond I loved running outside, but it was difficult for me to branch out and try any other form of training. Raymond taught me many different ways to tone my body using different methods of cardio and strength training. He taught me how to correctly and safely perfect my form and technique to maximize my results. He was never lacking enthusiasm or patience with me and was always professional while maintaining a great sense of humor. Sometimes if I had a long and trying day at work Raymond would come up with a creative and enjoyable workout that always helped boast my mood and remind me of my training goals. I never left without healthy food suggestions from Raymond. While working out with Raymond I can say I felt healthier, had more energy, was thinner and more toned than ever. I truly felt good about the way I looked. I have recommended Raymond to other friends of mine who also had similar positive experiences.

Great Experience with Core Results

I have had a fantastic experience with Core Results. Rob has been my trainer and has done a great job of improving my overall fitness and strength levels. I have seen some dramatic increases in strength in just 3 months of training twice a week with Rob. I like the fact that he also mixes in the core training to each workout so it doesn't become routine. If you are looking for a trainer, I would strongly consider Rob at Core Results.

Great trainer, awesome results

I can't say enough about my experience with Core Results. I have trained with Josh, the President, for many years, and really appreciate the one on one customized workouts he creates for me. I've accomplished many goals with Josh, including getting in great shape for my wedding, toning up after some time off during winter months, and now getting through a pregnancy with twins as actively as possible. I am really looking forward to the post pregnancy work, too!! I highly recommend Core Results to anyone who wants to keep workouts fun and effective. If you show up, you won't be disappointed!

Core Results = Great Results

I have nothing but great things to say about Core Results. Josh has been my trainer for a couple of years now and he has proved to be very knowledgeable and a good motivator, and always has a new exercise or a new way of performing an exercise so that the workouts never get boring. He is really good about helping you create a goal and an approach to reaching that goal, and always has good ideas for the times when there are obstacles or challenges that come up when trying to achieve the goal. For example, I have a hip injury that has sidelined me from doing many cardio activities and some strength training exercises. Josh has been more than willing to modify my training so that I can still strengthen my body without causing further injury.
I've met some of the other Core Results trainers and I've seen them with their clients and they are just as knowledgeable, motivational, and fun to work with as Josh. I highly recommend anyone looking to achieve some sort of fitness-related goal -- be it losing weight, building more muscle, running a 5K, or maybe just getting a general strength training program together -- to not do it alone, but to instead go to Core Results and let one of the trainers help you reach that goal.
