I have always tried to stay in shape and have worked out on and off since my teenage years. Then I hit my 30s and had 3 children very close together and my workout regimen fell to the wayside. Once my youngest was about 3 I wanted to get serious about working out again. My goals are a bit different than from when I was in my 20s. I want to feel good, feel strong, feel able to keep up with my children. It's important to me to enter my 40s in great shape. I found Josh and Core Results through internet search. I read about his company's philosophy and methods and it clicked for me.

We have been training together for 10 months now and I have to say I absolutely LOVE it! It's important to me that I feel confident in the workouts that we're doing, that they're thought out, efficient and effective. The workout plan is just that. I feel so much better about my body and feel stronger and able to do anything I want to. I've also been feeling secure in a bikini (which is no small feat after 3 c-sections). I used to do so many crunches, to no avail, but with Josh's emphasis on core I now have a 4 pack (almost a 6 pack, we're working on it :-). He inspires me to push on every exercise and rep, which I know I wouldn't do on my own (especially pull-ups). It's that combination of motivation, knowledge of what works best for my body and experience that I feel makes Core Results and Josh perfect for my fitness needs.

General: There are other items that Core Results excels at that I feel should be a 'given', but aren't always the case unfortunately with other personal trainers. He is professional, punctual, organized and personable. Essentials for the basis of a good personal training relationship.

It's been a great experience working Core Results... as long as I keep getting compliments from others and feeling this good, I see no end in sight.

I have always been an active person but for some reason or reasons I just wasn??t getting the results that I wanted anymore. Back in November I found out I was going to be on HGTV and REALLY needed to kick it into high gear because of course I wanted to look my best for my first nationally televised performance! Immediately I went on the hunt for a personal trainer as I only had a little less than 30 days to get ready. That is when Josh at Core Results was recommended to me. When I contacted Josh I just assumed I would do this for a month & be done. Ends up I am still training with Josh twice a week for 6 months now. I really enjoy his style and the ability to integrate not only weights into my routine (hadn??t done weights in about 9 years), simple changes in my diet and tweaking my current sporting/cardio activities for maximum results. Overall with a few what I found easy changes I have exceeded my goals since starting with Josh. I have a petite frame & it shocks me how much I have lost, 10 pounds now, inches off my hips & waist. I feel like I am in the best shape I have been in since my earlier 20??s, now currently 32. I have definitely seen changes in my stamina, strength in sports, obviously my appearance, and overall just feel good. I wouldn??t think twice about recommending Josh to anyone, his hands on approach & ability to adapt your life into workouts makes working with him seamless. I look forward to many more months, heck years with Core Results & Josh Hutchins.

On my 50th birthday, almost 4 years ago, my wife got me a gift certificate from Core Results for 6 private lessons. This is when I first met Joshua Hutchins, the president of Core Results. For many (not so good reasons) I stopped training after a couple of months. I'm in a highly stressful job, work many, many hours and put my health and training on the back burner. In May of 2009, I had my annual physical and the results were alarming and, of course, the stress was not any less....my Doctors (internist and my cardiologist - yes, I had to get a cardiologist) insisted I better get in shape - it would not only get me healthy, it would help reduce the stress.
I made ONE call and that call was to Josh...by the time I was 204 pounds and feeling very, very sluggish and "old". Since May 2009, I have now lost 20 pounds! Most important, my cholesterol has dropped from 232 to 169, my HDL cholesterol went from 36 to 40 (for the first time EVER above 39), and my triglycerides went from 154 to 89 - all 3 marks are my personal lows since I can remember. Also, I play (and have played for years) softball - perhaps 3 times in my life I hit a softball over the fence. In the past year, I have done it a half dozen times. At 53, I have more body strength than ever.
I meet with Josh weekly - I have no heavier than 25 pound dumb bells. My workouts are full body, push me harder and harder and it makes me feel great. Josh is an extremely knowledgeable trainer - he keeps me focused and pushes me to put forth my best effort. I have a great time training with Josh - I look forward to it every single week. The results are evident and I have no doubt that Josh is saving my life...he's the very, very best.

I've been working out with Erica A. for over a year and I love her. She encourages me to do more then I think I can but never pushes me so hard that I don't enjoy what I'm doing. I'm stronger, leaner and feel so much healthier.

I have been working with Erica 2 times per work for strength training. She is awesome and keeps the workouts challenging but doable.She is positive and highly motivating as well as mature and conscientious, always showing up on time if not early! I have 3 small children 5 and under who have wandered in a couple of times during the workout and she was very patient and able to find an activity to keep them busy while I finished my workout. I highly recommend Erica as a personal trainer for any Moms who need to get back in shape with a doable workout. I am stronger now and can actually keep up better with my 3 year old twins and 5 year old better. Also, I feel great after the workouts and always get a good night's sleep!

I had a personal trainer for 6 months and she had to leave town for school and then I had a REAL personal trainer in every since of the word. Erica A. is her name and I was lucky enough to train w/her for 2 yrs. Erica has so much Health & Fitness knowledge to help you get started. Erica can not only give you a AWESOME workout but will sit down w/you and listen to what your goals are with diet/nutrition and exercise. In the 2 yrs. I trained w/Erica 3 x a week for 2 years, Erica wore many hats with me. She was my trainer, nutritionist, cheerleader, therapist and ultimately ended up being one of my best friends. With our age difference I think of her as my younger sister. We still keep in contact to this day and she moved from my area almost 3 yrs. ago. To sum it all up anyone who get's Erica for a PT will not only get a PT but the whole package, which is very rare these day's. She truly care's and is very sincere.

Erica is great! I had gotten out of shape and gained weight and needed to get back in shape but didn't know where to start. Erica created an entire work out plan for me and helped me work through it pushing me beyond what I thought I could do. I have since lost 35 lbs and ran my first marathon! Erica always has great new work outs planned, personally worked through the plans with me, provided valuable nutrition advice and support. I couldn't have gotten to where I am now without her!!

Training with Aleksandra has been fantastic. As a former athlete, i was stuck doing the same routine for years and over time lost motivation to work out every day. I was in a horrible Moto accident that shattered my right knee and broke both of my ankles. I was unable to work out for almost six months. I lost my will to keep healthy and gained over 30 lbs. Since I have met Aleksandra, i have lost 20 lbs. and she makes every workout different and very challenging. I often try to guess what she could possible come up with the following week, which really gets me excited to excercise, and has made me love "the burn" again. I don't know what I would do without her.

Before I began training with Raymond I loved running outside, but it was difficult for me to branch out and try any other form of training. Raymond taught me many different ways to tone my body using different methods of cardio and strength training. He taught me how to correctly and safely perfect my form and technique to maximize my results. He was never lacking enthusiasm or patience with me and was always professional while maintaining a great sense of humor. Sometimes if I had a long and trying day at work Raymond would come up with a creative and enjoyable workout that always helped boast my mood and remind me of my training goals. I never left without healthy food suggestions from Raymond. While working out with Raymond I can say I felt healthier, had more energy, was thinner and more toned than ever. I truly felt good about the way I looked. I have recommended Raymond to other friends of mine who also had similar positive experiences.

I have had a fantastic experience with Core Results. Rob has been my trainer and has done a great job of improving my overall fitness and strength levels. I have seen some dramatic increases in strength in just 3 months of training twice a week with Rob. I like the fact that he also mixes in the core training to each workout so it doesn't become routine. If you are looking for a trainer, I would strongly consider Rob at Core Results.

I have nothing but great things to say about Core Results. Josh has been my trainer for a couple of years now and he has proved to be very knowledgeable and a good motivator, and always has a new exercise or a new way of performing an exercise so that the workouts never get boring. He is really good about helping you create a goal and an approach to reaching that goal, and always has good ideas for the times when there are obstacles or challenges that come up when trying to achieve the goal. For example, I have a hip injury that has sidelined me from doing many cardio activities and some strength training exercises. Josh has been more than willing to modify my training so that I can still strengthen my body without causing further injury.

I've met some of the other Core Results trainers and I've seen them with their clients and they are just as knowledgeable, motivational, and fun to work with as Josh. I highly recommend anyone looking to achieve some sort of fitness-related goal -- be it losing weight, building more muscle, running a 5K, or maybe just getting a general strength training program together -- to not do it alone, but to instead go to Core Results and let one of the trainers help you reach that goal.
