I am very pleases with this location. My tech is Matty and she is great. I am in and out in 20 minutes for underarm and bakini. Their products are great. Just try it - heck the first visit was free.

In just a few minutes a month I have a quick, professional wax with no worries. The techs know what they're doing and they don't waste my time by making me wait. Friendly, but no chatter. Very clean, very private and the beeswax makes it virtually pain free. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews, but my experience here was bad enough to prompt me to set up an account to write this. My eyebrows are still swollen and red a day later (not to mention they look pretty badf) and, well, the bikini wax was just a really bad experience. I've had plenty of brazilian waxes, so I'm aware that it's not exactly a pleasant experience to begin with, but believe me, this was extra bad. They were nice enough, but I got the impression that they hire people off the street or something, and offer little training.

I went in the first time this week and received a free eyebrow waxing. The check in was smoothed and I didn't wait very long. Cheryl greeted me and brought me back to the room. It is very clean and sterile. She talked me through their process that is uniform across the company. It was so gentle and my skin wasn't irritated at all. I set up for the superpass which is a monthly deduction from your account with no contract for my eyebrows. The usually price is $15, but the monthly is only $12 and you receive $10 credit for every referral rather then just $5.
