I was in the market for an inexpensive vehicle and so naturally I thought of ford first. Then I thought of Rodeo ford of plano because of all the advertising that I see and hear on TV and radio. So, I went to their website and did some looking around, I put in my information online and to my suprise they contacted me almost immediately. I spoke to one of the internet reps Motez Hito, and I told him exactly what I needed out of a vehicle. He assured me that they had exactly what I was looking for and said that he would have one of the sales reps pull the car up and have it ready for me to look at when I got there later that evening. Once again to my suprise he did everything he said he would do and I was out of there in about an hour and a half with my new 2009 Ford Edge. The salesman was great he did a heck of a job telling me about all the features on the car. Oh by the way the Finance dept was great too! It was definately the best experience I have had yet at a dealership. These guys should be awarded for the great service they provide. I will tell everyone I know about these guys!
