In addition, the information we were initially given regarding makes/models/costs and estimated payments was spot-on accurate. There was no high pressure. I bought my truck here and have always taken it to Fremont for its service, maintenance, and questions. The team here is personable and very helpful. I have worked with Rob who I strongly recommend to all consumers who choose Fremont Ford. He takes his time in understanding your concerns with your automobile and explaining the procedure and results. The service tech who was also very personable took time to ride in my truck to make sure we were talking about the same thing.

The salespeople are different here than the horror stories I have heard and there service department are friendly and professional. Have you ever gone a shop and when you get your car back your radio station has been changed and the volume upped way too loud that it scares the $h!t out of you? Never here, there real respectful of your property, Im a loyal customer and you should check it out and see why yourself.

I sent an email to three ford dealerships in my area. Stevens creek ford, fremont ford and the store in morgan hill. I am still waiting for the reply from the ford on the creek, and when I went to the one in morgan hill it was not as the commercial on tv lead me to believe ?? if by ??the store that gives you more? they mean you get more and more frustrated as you stick around than they hit their mark. The only decent help and price I was able to find was fremont ford. I went there after morgan hill because on the internet it states that they are in Newark, and I thought it was far from San Jose, but Newark is just one more exit after fremont. To make the long story short I had price in hand, I was there Thursday night about 5, I was driving the new focus at 7:30. I was a cash customer and did not have a trade as my car was deemed total loss, so this could have sped up the process, but nevertheless I spent what I wanted and didn??t waste too much time. I recommend the internet department at fremont ford. I dealt with Farel and Fabian ?? A+

My faith in dealer service departments is renewed thanks to the outstanding service by fremont ford. They were honest, told me what services I needed and didn't and instead of up-selling me, actually lowered my costs by 30%! Also the work finished exactly in the time they said it would, one hour. I put off service just because I don't like dealerships, but they changed my mind.

I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they weren??t so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted.

It??s been a while, but my wife and I were looking for a great first car for our sixteen year old. We met with a lot of salesmen and Gary was by far the best. He was very professional, patient, and committed to finding the right car for our son. He took us around and looked at half a dozen models, he was very enthusiastic about safety, which was our first concern. Nonetheless, my son loves the car and we feel comfortable with him in it. I recommend this man to anyone looking for the best car suited for them.

I wanted to look at ford and went to Stevens Creek Ford in San Jose and was not impressed at all, they treated me badly based on my current car. I left and drove to Fremont Ford, and Jim is the man! This young man greeted us within a few minutes on the lot and was a breath of fresh air in comparison He was realistic, but a really nice guy. He was able to upgrade my little Corolla for a brand new Fusion and my monthly payments hardly went up. The test drive was comfortable enough for me to really test out the engine and finance was as smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience.

My wife totaled her car the other day and the insurance gave me more money than it was worth, so I thought I would give her an upgrade since she??s been so depressed about it. I went to Fremont Ford because my insurance agent recommended it to me, and they were right. This dealership is really good because they are straight to the point and don??t bother me with nonsense. I was getting really interested in the Edge especially since the salesman sold me on the safety features. I am really happy with the Edge and my wife couldn??t stop crying tears of joy. I have Fremont Ford to thank for that and they definitely have my business.

I always hated the mindless paperwork of financial information that will rely on your credit report anyway, I'm not sure why they have to make it so seem so pointless and mind numbing. But besides the boring part, the I really had fun with the good parts. I've been dying to get a brand new Mazda 3 I just fell in love with my old one for about 6 years, but I'm ready for an upgrade! The test drive was really fun, the car was exactly what I expected and then some! The salesman was really nice, a bit intimidating, but very friendly! When I told him I wanted the car, he gave me a deal I couldn't say no to! The monthly payment was definitely less than I can afford and my down payment was exactly what I wanted to pay! A week later I got an e-mail from them making sure if the new car and I working out!

I am so glad I decided to stop by Fremont Mazda Ford after hearing some good things about this dealer from my parents I went in and asked for their manager who helped them out. He was very accomadting and I felt no pressure of choosing a car, I spent a few days doing some more resaerch but went back to purchase the Mazda3 I wanted, everyone was extra nice and happy to see me. I give them 5 stars for their good custoemr service and enthusiasm!

It??s been a while since I bought a car, I kind of forgot what it was like. I don??t remember buying a car was this easy or maybe the last dealership I went to was a shame compared to Fremont Ford I got a great deal on a brand new Fusion and it probably took less than a couple of hours because I left my house in my old acura at about noon and came home in time to surprise my wife and kids with her new car. My wife was thrilled especially after she forced me to tell her how much it cost me. So I am very happy customer and I highly recommend this dealership.

I was really going to give Fremont Ford only 2 stars because the service was excellent but I thought they ripped me off. After doing a month of research, I actually found out they gave me the best price possible. I even called around ten other dealships in the area and asked them for a pricing for my Fusion to see if I could have gotten a better deal, with the warranty I got, I actually got the best price, so now they totally deserve my 5 star review. I feel bad for thinking badly of them, but I am glad I did my research because now I know where I will be going for my next car! Fremont Ford ALL THE WAY!

Fremont Ford has given me one of the best experiences in purchasing a new car. I needed a new car after the transmission failed on my last Chevy Malibu. I thought this time I would go for something different. After a lot of research, I have found that Ford was the best for me in style and milage. I went to visit Fremont Ford which my friend had recommended, they apparently saved her more money than she would have anywhere else. I was just ask lucky! After speaking with Rod I visited a few other dealers and looked at pricing for the same make and model and no one could ebat their prices! I am very happy with my new purchase and the great deals I got!

Jim and the rest of the staff at Fremont Ford was extremely helpful during the recent purchase of my new Fusion Hybrid. I also got an excellent trade in offer on my car. I have been doing business with Fremont Ford for several years and have found their sales and service staff to be very friendly and efficient. It is also a great location and very close to my house in Newark, not to mention they have a great inventory of new Fords to pick from.

Last week I got an e-mail reminding me that my lease is expiring, which I thought was pretty nice. I sent an e-mail back and got a list of vehicles with pictures that was in my budget I never thought buying a car could be this easy. I then went to the dealership and the people were really friendly they even offered to get me some coffee which was nice too. After I test drove the Fusion it fit my budget and needs, I really liked the fact that I didn??t have to walk around the dealer forever loking at cars and their information. Everything was all ready for me and all I had to do was go to finance which was surprisingly painless they really helped me out to make the financial arrangements. Bravo to Fremont Ford

I cannot begin to explain how hepful Dave was with this purchase. Both my wife and I had no stress in making this deal, because D made it so easy for us. He was straight forward easy going and anserwed all of our concerns. He did most of the work while we were at home, which was great. When we finally got to the dealership he had a few different options on cars to drive and look at. He let us take our time and drive different cars until we decided on the Escape. The serivce team here is sub-par. There is no communication and when we did take our Ford here we had to chase them down to get an answer out of them. We also had the added cost of a rental due to the fact they did not fix our car on time. They baiscally told us too bad for us.

Sadly, the service department is very lacking at this dealership. I avoid it like the plague and take my truck up to San Leandro or Livermore for service. Poor communication is the worst offender here. They simply do not contact you in a timely manner about your car and the result pains I went through (having to rent a car) just escalated my car repair cost.

Over the years, I have done business with at least three or four other agencies and never had a better experience than here. I had an appointment for two different trucks at the same time. The service manager took care of all of the things on both trucks that were still under warranty before it runs out in about 1,000 miles. I figure they saved me a bunch of money on future repairs that I would have had to have done anyways. Turned out to be a really nice agency and I'll be back.
