I'll spare you the details of the pathetic grooming job that was done on my dog the last time he was in but I will tell you that they tried to charge me for things that were suppose to have been done but weren't (nail clipping, etc.) and then acted like I was the one who did something wrong or was being a bother to them when I brought it to their attention. They then proceeded to give me excuses as to why they didn't do them. First, it was... we were really busy in here today and then they said it was because he wasn't behaving so well. This is the only place that he has ever been groomed and he never had any troubles with misbehaving before so to try and put the blame on him when you failed to fully do your job but yet tried to charge me as if you had... SHAME ON YOU!!! Needless to say, we will NOT be returning nor will we recommend their services to anyone in the future!

My dog has been groomed here twice. The first time was an ok experience and the second, well... not so much!!! We won't be going back! Thinking of trying a mobile groomer next time!

I visited Petsmart today and was treated VERY rudely. The cashier acted like it was soooooo difficult to ring me up. I cancelled pet sitting classes that hadn't even started and I still have not gotten my money back. When I called to find out why I didn't receive my money back I was left on hold over and over again. I will NEVER go back to this store and I will tell everyone I know not to visit either!

I took my poodle to get groomed and I noticed when we got home she was acting very upset, panting crying and trying to lick herself constantly. To make a long story short the groomer shaved my dog so close to the skin she had to go to the vet and get antibiotic shots and pills and cream until the infection went away. The people up there could have cared less when I called concerned.They NEVER asked how she was or anything. I will NEVER take her there again!

The pet groomers at pestsmart are so caring and nurturing to the pets. They do such a fantastic job and my dog growls but they don't mind they treat them very well and jasmine loves going there. Jasmine has so much hair and she's a large dog they always make her look so pretty she's such a happy dog everytime.

I am pleased with the service I get from the groomers at PetSmart. They are extremely consciousness. Last time I went and dropped off my dog it was time for them to have her rabies certificate information updated. The staff person offered to call my vet and make the confirmation for me since I did not have a copy of the certificate with me. They will not allow the tag as proof because tags can be traded between people. This makes me feel very safe about the conditions where I am leaving my dog. I know that she won't get sick from other pets that are not properly cared for by their owners. They also do a great job with special requests. My dog had an ear infection and was unable to get her ears wet. They did the bath and kept her ears dry. They really seem to care about the pets and the people who own them.
