Trainers are very helpful. They are all trained to answer any question you may have about your pets behavior and tips on training your pet. Pets are taught basic commands and some advanced commands. Trainers love animals and are always willing to help.

The only downside I really have to this place was the few staff people I tried to talk to didn't really offer much help, besides passing me along to another staffer. The grooming department was nice, and it's nice to be able to bring your pet inside too. They have just about everything you need and want for your pet, so I can get multiple things at once instead of checking out another pet shop a few miles away.

This store has a lot of products for various pets - probably one of the best selections around. There is usually a good number of people available to help - the help just may not be that knowledeable. Also nice to be able to bring your pet inside.
