I don't like Petsmarts approach to training. I've trained a dozen dogs over the years, and I don't agree with Petsmarts policy not to use training collars. They basically end up overcharging your for 8 weeks of learning to drag your dog around on a fixed collar. Very little real behavior modification.

My advise bring your dog they will feel like a king or queen! All the clerks I came in contact with greeted me and my dog. They directed me and my dog to the right place for her size and weight all the while making her feel like a special dog.

Everyone there is so friendly maybe because people in Costa Mesa love their pets. I went there and had a ton of people willing to help me with my shopping and both the customers and staff were great to deal with. I will always buy treats for my dog here!
