I drive all the way out from Frisco to Richardson just for the Banfield. The doctor is charming, capable, and just puts you right at ease the second you walk in there.
PROS: Waits are never too long, nice nurses and staff
CONS: Too far a drive from Frisco! Can't they move it closer? ;)

My daughter and I have been looking for the ideal pet for a few months now. We decided to stop at this store one day. This was a weekday and they were low on Pets but the staff was informative about the animals they did have, so we decided We would plan another trip there on Saturday, when the spca had dogs there to adopt.
Sat, we arrived and was met with the same warm greeting as before and we again looked at the hamsters and fish but this time there were other sounds like, barking and meowing. we found a assortment of dogs and cats, young and old, small and large.
we signed in, then visited with a few pups. we made friends with several but still didnt find one that we could share with just yet. But we will return next Sat and keep going until we find one that fits us
