Jordan DeTillio and his team at Sun Rock Property Management Co have been helping me with my property management needs since Nov '09. In the ENTIRE time that I've dealt with Jordan (almost 10 months now), he has always been EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE whenever I've had questions or concerns, usually getting back to me within just a couple of hours.
Recently, my tenant broke her lease and left a lot of damages to the property. He was right on it..He went out to survey the property, got the damages fixed (after getting my approval for the repairs), and had the property rented out again, all in just a few days! He is a real pleasure to work with. He genuinely listens and satisfactorily addresses all concerns I have regarding my property.
You would think that service like this costs an arm and a leg...but, no, it doesn't. Sun Rock's rates are very reasonable and they are very flexible. If you're like me and own a property 3000 miles from where you actually live and work, you know how totally nerve-racking it can be, keeping a long distance home. But, Sun Rock will help calm your nerves...and maximize your returns.
